Ages 50+

Calling all active older adults! Are you new to fitness, need to get active, or want to stay active? Beginner’s Fitness will focus on your individual needs; provide you with a variety of fitness equipment and activities; give you the cardio, strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility you desire; and make it FUN to be fit. Want to try the class? Register the day prior and pay $5 for that visit.

Exercise is one of the best ways to stay healthy and active. Join us for this easy and fun class designed to get you moving and feeling good!

Lunchtime Fitness Buffet

Ages 16+

Grab your workout shoes and join us during the lunch hour to burn off those calories! Classes will last 30 minutes, the perfect way to sneak in a healthy workout during your lunch break.
