WHAT SETS YOUR COMPANY APART? Following in the footsteps of past generations, the firm continues a legacy of providing exceptional workmanship, superior customer service, tailored designs, and a personalized building and remodeling experience. Uniquely, Andy supervises all remodels and new home builds. He works closely with each homeowner, walking them through each step of the design and building process to ensure every home is built to match their individual tastes and lifestyles. HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR TEAM’S APPROACH TO A NEW PROJECT? Our approach to a new project starts with developing a relationship with the client. Cultivating an understanding of their lifestyle and tastes allows us to build out a comprehensive package that includes detailed plans, a tailored design, and thorough specifications that accurately reflect our client’s vision and goals for the project. Once through the planning portion of the project, we pride ourselves on offering effective project management that is on budget and on time.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR BUILD STYLE? I have a hands-on and involved build style from design to completion. I understand all of the steps in building a home, and I am often referred to as a “design-sensitive builder” by architects.
WHAT DO YOU WISH OTHERS KNEW ABOUT YOUR COMPANY? Our many years in the building business have made us extremely valuable to our clients. Most subcontractors prefer to work for us because of our understanding of all aspects of building.
WHY DO YOU THINK YOUR CLIENTS CHOOSE YOU AS THEIR BUILDER? My direct involvement and knowledge in the building process are important factors. I also meet with clients on a weekly basis to inform them of the choices and costs involved with building.
WHAT MAKES YOU MOST PROUD TO BE A BUILDER? I’m proud of our many years of building fine homes and homes that have stood the test of time.

WHY DO YOU THINK YOUR CLIENTS CHOOSE YOU AS THEIR REMODELER? I see things differently! I’m not afraid to take on challenging structural issues and come up with a solution that solves the core problem in the project’s design, even if the client doesn’t yet know what it is!
WHAT MAKES YOU MOST PROUD TO BE A REMODELER? Creatively solving challenges. Most homes aren’t built with a future remodel in mind. To remodel a home and have it feel as natural as if it were the original plan, is very rewarding.
HOW DO YOU BRING A CLIENT’S VISION TO LIFE? What generally starts as a napkin sketch, quickly turns into CAD, and then into reality. 3-D imaging makes everything easier for the client to understand and visualize.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR REMODELING STYLE? No two remodels— or clients—are the same. It’s not so much a style as it is a process. First, I try to understand what it is they’re looking for, and then go forward with a plan. When I’m done, the home should look like it was always intended to be that way.
