Art Ransom

They came. They bid. They burned! Artist John Gerber donated a painting for an auction to support our Housing First Minnesota Foundation at the District Edina. The auction piece was sold to the highest bidder and was saved from the flames! However, they did like the idea of setting something on fire, so they delighted the crowd by burning an art canvas from a discount store in the parking lot.

Housing Leadership Awards

Housing First Minnesota named 23 Minnesota state legislators as recipients of the 2022 Housing Leadership Award, which were featured throughout the press. This honor recognizes legislators who worked to promote housing affordability and homeownership during the 2022 legislative session.
