Winery & Tourist hub at Niphad, Nashik.

The design proposal converts an unappealing industrial facility to an attractive spot. The various situations one can experience during a stay in the winery should be well designed, comfortable and holistic. The functions should include services for tourists (such as accommodation and visitors center) as well as functions for local society (Social hub, restaurant, banquet hall and shop) The designed spaces are flexible to accommodate various events, especially in the part of the production which is use for 3 months per year and in the rest of the time is empty.

The proposal is to build Youth Center at Nerul, Navi mumbai. There is a large chunk of youngsters in the city of Navi Mumbai there is no center dedicated to the youth for developing their talents and guiding them to value education and interpersonal relationships. To cater to the needs of youth of the Navi Mumbai Municipal corporation along with YMCA intend to establish a youth center in one of the nodes og the city and if found sucessful will be replica. Site area:- 8000 sq.m. The Youth center was designed to be as much a gathering space for the local community as a multi-tasking structure that can change and envolve with growing need over time. The design resulted in a flexible, convertible, stimulating & safe learning environment that willalso adjust for future new teaching & learning methods. Concept

A corporate house intends to develop an Infotech center along with entertainment and shoppig in Navi Mumbai. A plot has been purchased by them for the said “Infotainment center” at CBD belapur. The proposed facility will be a stateof-multi-storey building aimed to meet the growing demand for “Play” and “Work” i.e. Entertainment, Shopping and Co-working office spaces. Site area:- 6500 sq.m.
