Meeting Old Friends and Discovering New Ones When was the last time you saw your old classmates? Last year or not since the day you left? This weekend you have the chance to catch up with old friends and discover the paths they took in life. You may even find yourself making new friends! Exploring The Place You Once Called Home Not only has Newton Park changed a lot over the years, but so have Sion Hill and Corsham Court. On your guided tour our student ambassadors will talk about the site’s history and the campus development over the years. From our new multi-million pound environmentally friendly academic building ‘Commons’, to grounds landscaped by ‘England’s Best Gardener’ Capability Brown over 250 years ago. Please feel free to ask the student ambassadors any questions you have about the University today, if they do not know the answer then they will happily find out for you. Enjoying Your Day We want you to have a wonderful experience during the weekend, which is why we ask you to be wary of uneven surfaces, gravel and wet ground. In the unlikely event of an emergency University staff will be on hand to lead you to safety, but please take note of your closest fire exits.
