WELCOME

We’re so delighted to welcome you to this Musical Theatre Showcase, featuring our final year Musical Theatre students. Tonight’s performance represents the culminution of three years of Musical Theatre study, in which our students have honed their performance skills, alongside in-depth investigation of the historical, cultural and sociological aspects of the genre, and forays into new musical theatre writing. They’ve worked incredibly hard, showing great fortitude and adaptability as we’ve returned to live performance after the pandemic and we’re incredibly proud of what they’ve achieved. As they prepare to graduate and move into their futures, we wish them all the best, and hope that you enjoy this great celebration of their achievements. Have a wonderful evening!
