Bath Spa alumni, Francesca Lloyd shares this beautiful practice with you to pass on the toolkit that helps keep her grounded and connected in her busy life. Francesca Lloyd graduated from Bath Spa University in 2014 with a degree in Global Development and Sustainability. Having spent years exploring the theory of the world and the many issues we face, she was determined to discover how she can make a positive impact in the confusing and often paradoxical world we live in. Her adventures took her from the humdrum lives of a French family to the mountains and fjords of New Zealand, to a remote aboriginal community and the smoky depths of an active volcano. When she discovered the Mindfulness Project in Thailand her perspective shifted dramatically - come along and hear her share with you the lessons learnt throughout her journey.
