Vehicle Registration appointment line In light of the recent back-log at vehicle registration, USAG Bavaria has created an appointment line to help streamline the process. Customers can make appointments for 30 days out for 8-10:50 a.m. The office will accept walk-ins from 11:30 a.m-3:30 p.m. The vehicle registration appointment line is DSN 475-6752, CIV 09641-83-6752. ID card section requests patience during peak season Due to employee turnover and an increase in the number of customers, waiting times for ID Card/DEERS services are expected to be up to 3 hours. Please make appointments online. Priority of services is as follows: 1) Scheduled appointments 2) Pin resets 3) In / out processing customers 4) New ID cards/DEERS enrollments Those without appointments must sign in at the waiting room. The sign-on roster will be removed once we meet capacity for the day's walk-ins. Due to funding, we are not authorized to maintain employees beyond their scheduled duty day or during lunch. We apologize for the delay and appreciate the community's understanding as we work to return to full operating strength.

Vilseck Veterinary Treatment Facility – Limited Appointments Due to an unexpected departure of their military veterinarian, as well as the long-term absence of their civilian veterinarian, the Vilseck Veterinary Treatment Facility (VTF) must reduce its appointment availability. Until a new military veterinarian arrives, which likely won't be until September, appointment times will be limited; however, appointments for health certificates and vaccinations necessary for PCS travel will be prioritized. Pets requiring surgery or sick-call visits will be referred to off-post services or other military veterinary clinics. The VTF will open during normal operating hours for questions, clearing, registration and over-the-counter sales, with hours being: 8 a.m. - noon & 1-4 p.m., Monday-Thursday; and 9:30 a.m. - noon &1 - 4 p.m. on Fridays.
