Prime HT Prime HT is the Baxi wall hung condensing range especially designed to offer all you can expect from a condensing boiler ensuring the highest efficiency, the maximum in comfort and the easiest in use:

High efficiency A condensing boiler has an efficiency higher than a traditional boiler because it recovers all the heat available through the combustion thanks to a special heat exchanger that condenses the steam. The constant efficiency in all range of outputs is ensured by the modulating fan.
Environmentally friendly A remarkable pollutant emissions reduction (80% of NOx and 90% of CO) makes them also environmentally friendly boilers thanks to the premixing air/gas and the burner used. NOx and CO are pollutants that can have an adverse impact on the environment and Baxi is always improving its efforts in finding environmentally friendly solutions.
• Class A high efficiency (1) Baxi condensing boilers are designed to allow the exploitation of all the heat available through the combustion without wasting energy into the air as happens with traditional boilers. • Low noise level Baxi provided Prime HT range with a new soundproofing heat exchanger’s external casing that makes these boilers quiet in operation and ignition. Easiness of use Baxi made the condensing boilers easier in use. Thanks to the digital display, the operational mode lights and the regulation knobs you can easily set and check the heating, hot sanitary water and external temperature (when the outdoor sensor is installed). Moreover the main boiler’s anomalies will be displayed. Prime HT is available in a wide range of models ensuring a solution for any need you may have: outputs up to 33 kW, heating only (2 models), instantaneous hot sanitary water production (3 models) and with storage (stainless steel AISI 316L) versions. In case larger amounts of hot sanitary water are required, Baxi offers two different possibilities: Prime HT Combi, consisting of a heating only boiler connected with 80 lt storage tank (already assembled), delivering up to 420 lt in 30’ (∆T 30°C). The other possibility is to connect the boiler (heating only) to a 120 lt indirect cylinder delivering up to 460 lt of hot sanitary water (the 80 lt capacity is available as well).

Control panel Thanks to a panel with knobs, digital display and operating lights the user is able to easily select the temperature and control the diagnostics.
The 80 litres storage allows a free standing installation and a big DHW production to satisfy different simultaneous demand.
