City of La Porte Recognizes Ingle and Hartleib as Employee of the Quarter and Manager of the Year
Shonda Ingle, Public Works Secretary (shown third from left) was named Employee of the 4th Quarter 2018 during Mondays City Council Meeting. Shonda joined the La Porte team in December of 2010 as a Secretary in the Public Works department. In that role she has consistently received excellent performance ratings every year. Matt Hartleib, HR Manager (shown second from left) was named Manager of the Year 2018 during Mondays City Council Meeting. Matt first joined the La Porte team in October of 2015 as the HR Manager. In October of 2017, Matt left La Porte to pursue an opportunity in the private sector, and returned to the La Porte team just a few months later. See more about Matt on page 8.
