HOT CHICKEN SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS
4 oz chicken breast 1 egg Flour for dredging Panko breadcrumbs for breading Oil for frying 2 Tsp Nashville hot seasoning 1Tbsp vegetable oil 2 slices Swiss cheese 2 slices ham 1 bun
INSTRUCTIONS
Whip egg in mixing bowl with 1 Tbsp milk, dredge chicken in flour then into egg wash, coat in panko and fry for 5 minutes. Poor vegetable oil and Nashville hot seasoning in mixing bowl and toss with chicken. Sprinkle more seasoning on top of chicken for more heat then top with ham and cheese and melt in oven. While cheese is melting toast bun. Once cheese has melted place on bun and enjoy.
