Hailing from Kuching, Sarawak, Zaaba is a graduate of Lim Kok Wing Institute of Graphics Design, Class of 2010. His passion for photography started when he was in high school and he later pursued a career in photojournalism. He started in 2012, covering politics, crimes and sports at the News Straits Times Press Kuching before being transferred to NSTP HQ in Kuala Lumpur in 2013. Zaaba says it is an honour to be a part of the H2O team, capturing moments of Hishammuddin Hussein’s daily life and to have witnessed historical moments first-hand since joining the team in 2020.

Raised in Muar, Johor, Shaiful is an invaluable long-time member of the H2O team. Since joining in 2011, Shaiful has seen and captured countless moments of Hishammuddin Hussein throughout his career in the Home Ministry, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and now once again, in the Ministry of Defence. Time and experience make for a great mentor and Shaiful hopes to continue to capture even more iconic and memorable moments of Hishammuddin in the years to come.
