ALPCLUSTERS2020 LOGO HANDBOOK
Introduction General rules The AlpClusters2020 logo should be present together with the Alpine Space logo, on all materials published and documents/presentations illustrated to the public. This includes not only promotion material, but also event invitations, presentations or agendas. Please read carefully and follow the ASP styleguide (http://www. alpine-space.eu/project-life-cycle/information-and-publicity) requirements. Otherwise your communication expenses might be considered not eligible. Logo format, variants and its application The logo has been studied to be highly readable and quickly recognizable, and it comes in only one colour version. Its variants are: negative, gray and black. The project logo has been studied to be easily applied on websites, posters, roll-ups, business cards, and it works both big and small. Even if it works greately on critic conditions (for example: on coloured photo), the best way to use it is on uniform background, where contrast is good. If you need to apply it over a photo with inadequate contrast area, use the logo with a solid rectangle area. Logo versions All logo versions are illustrated and described in this handbook. They are available as bitmap image and vectorial data, on the official AlpClusters2020’s intranet. Minimum distances Keep a good margin from logo and the surrounded elements. It means logo will be not “compressed between other elements, or too near of paper margins.
Logo versions Main logo It comes with colors and black text. This is the version that you have to apply on your communication.

Negative logo It comes with colors and white text. This is the version you can use on dark backgrounds. Gray logo It comes all gray. It can be used as secondary use and as alternative of coloured version, where it can be required (for example: between gray-version logos of other projects). Black logo It comes all black. The main use of black version is generally on fax header, to grant the best readability.

GOOD POSITIONING: Grant a sufficient “air” from the external margins to the logo (for example on posters / rollups / flyers /...).
AlpClusters2020
BAD CONTRAST: Without a good contrast, the logo could be totally unreadable or difficult to read.
