The Bodyline plastic repair kit enables the customer to chemically bond all different plastic substrates. The latest PU technology provides strength yet flexibility to be able to repair splits and broken components ensuring a right first time result. The Kit comes complete with everything you need from the cleaner, Adhesion Promotor to the different speed of PU adhesives.

The new & improved Bodyline nitrile gloves are made from a higher grade of nitrile from our previous offering, providing a greater level of protection against solvents and bodyshop hazards. The new nitrile gloves are made of a stronger material than our previous product, making them more durable and less likely to tear when a wearer puts on the gloves. The part numbers remain unchanged from our previous offering.

There are 3 different speeds of adhesive cure, 3.5 mins / 90 seconds / 30 seconds allowing you to select the correct speed for the size of the repair and the environment you are working in. By using the reinforcing mesh or the contour film you can recreate the plastic component back to a usable item.
