This Digital Marketing Toolkit contains consumer-facing assets that internal and external partners can leverage and incorporate into their own marketing efforts. Core kits are designed to provide 365 support while the other kits are designed to support their respective Franchise Marketing Programs.
CUSTOMIZATIONS
Some assets such as printables can be used without any alterations. However, other assets like social and web banners have been designed to allow product placement and WILL require some customization before being used. Layered source files have been provided for this purpose. All assets whether customized or not must follow the approvals process outlined below.
DISTRIBUTION
The assets in this kit are intended to be distributed on digital platforms only and may NOT be used on broadcast television. We recommend sharing on appropriate social media channels, websites, email marketing, and/or paid digital advertising.
APPROVALS
Before distributing these assets, a marketing plan must be submitted and approved via Star Labs. This can be as simple as a word document outlining: [1] The intended publish date, [2] digital distribution channel(s), [3] assets being used, [4] any associated copy (e.g. social post text, hashtags, etc.). This applies to all assets whether customized or not.
FINDING ASSETS ON STARLABS
Please note the Guide Documents (PPTX files) do not house the actual assets and are for preview purposes only. The final layered source files still need to be downloaded from Star Labs to access all the size or creative variations, and to be able to customize. See example below.
1. To use the below Wizarding World asset, copy the file name (circled in red).
2. Paste this file name in the Art Asset Search function on Star Labs, which should bring you to the asset file. Click this. Some assets will not have thumbnails IF they are zip files.

3. Once you click into the file, click Download. You need to download the zip files to find all layered files to customize assets as well as platform size options.

These are designed for you to customize and add product placement with CTA copy to drive to purchase. They can be used for organic posts on your social media channels or for paid digital advertising. These would mainly be used for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, or other applicable social platform.
Although there are variations on asset sizes across various social media platforms we will provide 3 sizes for each asset:
• 1080x1080 - square
• 1080x1920 - vertical
• 1920x1080 - horizontal
These are the most common social media sizes and should serve most needs. But there could be uncommon sizes needed with paid media, in which case you are welcome to customize the crop to fit your requirements.
In addition, you can customize these assets further by incorporating additional asset from style guides on Star Labs or combining these assets to make a longer piece. Either way, you still must submit these to Star Labs for final review.

These are designed for you to use as-is. They will not contain products and cannot be customized. You can offer them up to your customers as incentives to take an action. For example, you could provide a pack of mobile wallpapers for customers to download if they visit your website. Or you can simply post them up as a story on your Instagram channel to encourage people to screenshot and save to set as their wallpaper—just a fun reward for engaging on your social channel.
We will provide the assets in 1500 x 2700 size (higher resolution for retina, but also allows you to crop down to smaller size if needed)

WEB ASSETS -
These newsletter templates are designed to align with the format we currently use in our US email newsletter sends. It will work for both desktop and mobile displays. You can customize the layouts and do not need to stick with the way they are currently organized. For example, if you only want to include all single image square modules and don’t want to use the double image modules, you can do that! You can also change the order or quantity of modules as you wish. We have provided layered files for two different options which you can use to A/B test or simply to have some variety. You will need to slice up the modules to implement them into some sort of CRM/email marketing software to code the newsletter. If you are unfamiliar with this process, you might want to consider hiring a local marketing agency to assist.
Design Considerations
• When designing the creative that goes inside the modules, you can either focus on a single product SKU or a collage of products.
• In the US, we have seen better performance with lifestyle imagery for single products. In addition, we have seen better sales conversion (in general) with a collage of products that link to a branded e-commerce page with an assortment of product, rather than a single SKU detail page.
• Try not to include more than 5 modules in an email, otherwise you could see low clicks on the last set of modules.
