Tips to keep you on the right track FLUSH OUT THE TOXINS Water is the key to detoxifying. It not only delivers nutrients to our cells and keeps our kidneys functioning well, but also aids in eliminating wastes and toxins. Alex Jamieson, a holistic health counselor, mentions in her book, The Great American Detox Diet, that water is “the toxic avenger.” Without enough water to help the body flush out the wastes, the body is basically like a pool of poisons, resulting in many kinds of health issues including skin problems. To have glowing and healthy skin, you have to drink at least 6 – 8 glasses of water everyday. And I really mean water! Clean, tasteless water. Not diet soda. Not juices. Not energy drinks. A lot of people believe that by drinking soda or any kinds of liquid, they keep themselves hydrated. That is just not true. Your body needs water. And this is the most fundamental thing of all detox programs. If you don’t drink enough water on a daily basis, other tips in this article are not going to help you.
START YOUR DAY WITH ANTIOXIDANT DRINKS
Exercise for at least 30 minutes everyday.
Antioxidants are highly beneficial to the skin, as they help protect the skin from environmental damage and prevent premature aging. Have a glass of antioxidant berry drink every morning or at lunch time if you prefer. Just make sure that your berry drink contains a variety of berries or antioxidant-rich fruits, and has no added sugar or preservatives. Some of the antioxidant-rich fruits are blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, pears, cherries, pomegranates and plums. SWEAT IT OUT
Any kind of exercise will do. Anything you enjoy. Jogging. Strolling. Dancing. Gardening. Biking. Playing Wii sports. Anything at all. The main idea is to increase your blood circulation, relax your muscles and most importantly, get rid of excess toxins through sweating.

The San Juan Beauty Show in Puerto Rico
The San Juan Beauty Show in Puerto Rico celebrated their 15th anniversary this year. I met Victor Pino one of the organizers, a very gracious man, he gave me a VIP pass so I could cover the event. First, I went to the Beauty Show itself, so many beautiful booths with great merchandise, I stopped to see my friend Millie Banch at her booth Pinceladas, she is the make up artist to the stars, one of the classiest and sweetest ladies I have ever met.
I visited many booths, the prices were great and the people, so gracious. The body painting, was incredible, the make-up competitions beautiful....so much talent in one room!! They had conferences about anything that had to do with beauty, I sat down for a while and listened to their lectures, they gave great tips! I went to the green carpet event, they interviewed people in the beauty industry and local artists from the Island, and I felt like I was in Hollywood, it was very glamorous!
There was a cocktail party before the Fashion Shows and the awards, I just loved the Sangria, getting to go back stage and say hi to designer Nelly Trinidad was great, she ooked like a Goddess in her beautiful white dress, her models looked incredible and her fashion show was amazing!
To end the night designer Carlos Alberto showed his collection, beautiful as well and the Latin American Awards were given out. I want to thank the organizers of the San Juan Beauty Show for giving us the pleasure of going to this event year after year. Written by, Marta Rivera
X-Men: First Class Film Review by Castelar GarcĂa This film depicts the origins of some of the most famous heroes and villains of the Marvel Universe. The film starts off by showing us the events that shaped the lives of two different men who would become two of the most powerful mutants that ever lived. These two mutants are Charles Xavier and Eric Lensherr who are polar opposites of each other, but they have a mutual respect for one another. First of all, we have Charles Xavier portrayed by James McAvoy who possesses a calm and collected demeanor which he uses to help others like him. Xavier wants to show to the rest of the mutant population that mutants and humans can coexist in a peaceful manner. On the other hand, Eric is a mutant who seeks to avenge someone who was very close to him. His humanity and his compassion were crippled by the suffering which he endured for many years as his heart is guided by bitterness and hatred. Michael Fassbender portrays Eric with a sadistic demeanor and every time that he appears in the film he is a force to be reckoned with as he has a sadistic edge and a natural charisma that few actors have. In other words, this character is a vindictive maelstrom of destruction whose wrath consumes everyone that gets in his way. Both of these men share a common enemy and his name is Sebastian Shaw. Shaw is a malicious mutant who wants to eliminate the human race so that mutants can take over the world.
In this film Shaw is portrayed marvelously by Kevin Bacon as he creates a malevolent villain who is dangerous and charming at the same time. This man has gathered some of the most dangerous mutants to serve as his personal band of destruction such as Azazel, Riptide and Emma Frost. Frost is a very powerful telepath who protects Shaw from any harm that might come to him. All of these mutants unite to eradicate those people who may reject them. Eventually, the government finds out about Shaw’s plans while learning that mutants really exist and they decide to find someone who can neutralize this dangerous threat. Overall, Shaw, Xavier and Eric are natural born leaders, but they have different ideologies on what mutants should do and how to face the human population. While most humans either fear or hate the possible threat of the mutant population there is one human being who befriends Xavier and his team. Moira MacTaggert is a smart, strong and sexy CIA agent who believes that the mutant population should be seen as allies instead of enemies. Rose Byrne gives Moira the necessary attributers to create a believable character who fights for what’s right. This woman joins Xavier and his team in order to stop Shaw and to prevent a war that will cause an infinite amount of damage. Unlike most humans, Moira decides to embrace reasoning over ignorance in order to work together with the young team of mutants who are willing to help the government. This film has many spectacular special effects along with some astounding action sequences that are a joy to watch. Furthermore, there is a special cameo in this movie which is truly surprising. One of the best parts of this film is the ending because it shows how one character embraces the darkness that dwells in his soul and what he is willing to do to fight for what he believes in.
Soul Surfer Film Review by Castelar GarcĂa Most people grow up living normal lives while others struggle and decide to go the extra mile to cope with having a life that they dream about. This film is based on true events and it shows us the life of Bethany Hamilton. Bethany loves to surf as it brings her a sense of joy and tranquility that to her is simply breathtaking. Her parents Tom and Cheri Hamilton who are portrayed by Dennis Quaid and Helen Hunt are both surfers and they naturally approve of Bethany’s lifestyle. Suddenly, an unforeseen tragedy puts Bethany’s future in serious jeopardy as a shark ate most of her left arm while she was surfing with her friends. This unexpected obstacle changes her outlook on life yet it awakens her inner drive to not only be a great surfer, but a person who can inspire other people. Throughout the film her road to recovery is an arduous one full of a new set of challenges. During this time Bethany learns to adapt in order to overcome every obstacle that she faces and she does that with the constant support that her family brings to her. In other words, this is a true story of faith, family and fighting to get back on track. Having an iron will is something that not every person has because a person needs an unparalleled sense of fortitude, desire and the proper motivation to succeed. Living to do what you love to do is the greatest feeling in the world and that can give you the proper inspiration to never give up. This is the story of a human mermaid who is a living miracle because her courage, humility and her charisma motivate others to reach the pinnacle of perfection which they constantly strive to achieve.
Super Hybrid Film Review by Castelar García In the past there have been many killer car films which have been truly stellar. This film is an interesting mixture of Christine, The Thing and Predator as this destructive entity is an intelligent hunter that stalks its prey without mercy. At the beginning of the film this thing is involved in a collision with a car in the middle of the street and it ends up impounded in the City of Chicago’s underground garage. Most of the film
takes place in this closed underground garage where this lethal force of destruction begins to kill the people who work there. This malevolent car can morph into other cars as it is a clever chameleon which waits for the right time to strike its victims. The majority of the film is executed to perfection as the chase sequences are truly entertaining and exhilarating. Furthermore, Shannon Beckner gives a great performance as the heroine of the film named Tilda while Oded Fehr convincingly portrays the selfish and arrogant owner of the garage named Ray who is a very obnoxious character throughout the film. This movie doesn’t feel like low budget film, but you can tell that it was a low budget production when they use some computer-generated imagery to show what is under the hood of the car and those effects don’t look very real. Obviously, these filmmakers did a superb job with the limited resources that they had at their disposal and for the most part they did a good job in creating an entertaining film which adds something new which we rarely see in these types of films.
~Timothy Mcvain~ The P hotographer I’ve always been fascinated by photography. My fondest childhood memory is flipping through the pages of old photo albums with my parents on either side of me, holding up the heavy book, and telling me the stories behind the pictures. My father was 50 when I was born, my mother 42, and my three siblings were over the age of 16; so there were a lot of photos from their lives waiting when I came along. Though there were hundreds, possibly thousands, of photos in these albums, during my childhood we would take and add many hundreds more from road trips across the country, multiple visits to different parts of Canada, and eventually I’d be the one taking pictures and putting them in my own album; like my first two albums filled with photos from trips I had taken.
For example, after high school, I visited Israel twice, flew across the country visiting friends and family, and eventually moved to Texas in 2007. From the time I moved to Texas to the present day, I have taken hundreds of thousands of pictures of myself and the ever changing scenery around me to document and preserve this time in my life; from coming out as gay, to moving from Austin to San Antonio, and my many trips around Texas, where all the following pictures were taken, by me. I hope you enjoy these examples of my photography and follow my Tumblr or Facebook for more photos! ` ~Timothy McVain
What made you want to start the Full Figured Fashion week event? I created Full Figured Fashion Week because, after attending my first Fashion Week event under the NYC tents, I realized that none of the beautiful clothing that was showcased would be available for me. I wanted to fix that and have an event that catered solely to the plus size woman. How did you come up with the name? I consider myself to be Full Figured so I named the event Full Figured Fashion Week. Also, using this title enabled us to have a hash-tag and a website URL that was easy to remember (www.fffweek.com), Also can you explain what FFFW is to our readers who might not have heard of the event before. Full Figured Fashion Week is a fashion event dedicated to bridging the gap between retailers, independent designers and the plus size consumer. The event is typically held for several days and includes business and lifestyle workshops, panel discussions, contests, social events, giveaways, discount shopping, and of course, runway shows. What are your hopes with this event? It is my hope that the 2012 event exceeds my expectations. So far, FFFWeek has raised the bar for plus size runway events and we hope to reach even higher goals next year. What kind of feedback have you gotten back so far? The feedback has been amazing so far. There has been lots of support from both our industry (plus) and other industries as well.
Did you have any people who were dream crushers? Not really, and if there were a few, in my typical fashion, I paid very little attention to them. I have a clear strategy for FFFWeek and nothing is going to take away from my plan. What can we look forward to in FFFW 2012? Guests at FFFWeek can look forward to seeing a variety of fabulous plus size fashions from both retailers and independent designers. They an also expect to see these fashions models by some of the most beautiful and talented plus size models in the world. The event has become an annual “must attend” for most heavy-hitters in the plus size fashion industry and we intend to keep it that way. I am so very grateful for the support that the event continues to receive. Do you believe the *plus size* Movement is just a fad like others have said? No, it’s not a fad, especially if you’re like me and you live it every day. What does the word Plus size mean to you? I’m not much on “titles”, especially if they’re not branded (wink). So, “plus” is just another title to me. “Plus”, “full figured”, it’s all the same. When it comes to Plus sizes what do you consider plus size? I consider a plus size to be any size that cannot fit into the what is generally found on most of the racks in department stores and boutiques. I look forward to the day when there will be no need to have a label for any size, just an abundance of the sizes themselves.
What is your take on the Plus size industries using Size 10 models and calling them Plus size women? I think that this practice is unfair is because women come in a variety of different shapes, regardless of their size. When you are trying to sell clothing to larger sizes and you use a size 10 model, those clothes will not fit the larger sizes the same way. This is one of the reasons why our fit process is so inconsistent. I also think that it confuses and send mixed messages in the plus modeling industry since most women who wear a size 10 do NOT consider themselves plus sized. Do you think that its doing harm to the plus size community and to young womens Psyche? Absolutely! What made you first want to dive into the fashion industry? I have a long history in promotions. I used to be an event planner. At one event, a band that I hired to perform did not show up so I pulled some women from the audience to have an impromptu fashion show. It worked out extremely well. After that episode, I was hooked.
When people think of the words *Plus size or Full figured* they automatically associate it with being Unhealthy,Lazy, overeating etc. How do you think we as a community can change this and make it into a positive? We can change the misconception that being plus is unhealthy by becoming more knowledgeable on health care issues that affect our community and by routinely sharing this knowledge via our blogs, websites, etc. How did you get into the Plus size industry? After having done that first fashion show that I spoke of earlier, I began producing fashion shows for other party promoters. In the beginning I only used small models. One day I decided to add a plus model. The audience was extremely supportive of that plus model so for the next show I added another one. I realized that I was onto something and then began to use plus models exclusively. It worked! Do you have any advice or words of wisdom for women or young girls who would like to Model? Research the modeling industry. Be a sponge and absorb as much information as possible. Use social media as a networking tool and a digital business card. Separate your personal and professional social media networks. Stay humble, avoid gossip and cliques. This is a tough business to get into and often if you have an unflattering reputation online or elsewhere, it won’t matter how talented you are, people will not want to work with you.
We also would love to know what your Daily Beauty Regimen is? you always look so fabulous!what is your secret? Thanks so very much for the compliment. have used the same products for many, many years. Black Opal skin cleanser, Oil of Olay moisturizer, and most M.A.C. make-up products. Using these products have worked for me and I will continue to use them for many years to come. Also here at BBW Beauties we have a heart for all the people who are getting bullied, suicide rates are on a all time high because of teens or adults getting bullied by others. We want know how do you feel about bullying or Cyber-bullying? were you ever bullied? What advice do you have for People out there who feel like they have no hope and just want an easy way out? what do you think we as a society can do to stop this epidemic? I was bullied as a young girl. I was different because I was so much taller than the other girls. Also, back then, my single-parent mother could not afford to buy me the trendy clothes that some of the other girls were wearing at the all girl private school that I attended. Most days I stuck out like a sore thumb. I was also extremely shy. It was an awkward time for me that I am glad is over. Bullying (cyber, in person, etc.) is wrong and clearly it is on the rise. My solution to bullying was to turn the tables on them, but I must admit, that does not work for everyone. I think that one of the things that we can do is to be cautious of how we speak of others around children, even when we are joking. Children absorb much of what we do and, in return, copy those things.

Ana Hugo For GQ Portugal...
Images speak louder than words. We had to take the time to applaud GQ Portugal’s latest cover choice: Ana Hugo, as a stunning example of the “sultry” in every ( shape/size ) woman. We are so happy to see a plus size woman on the cover of a national magazine. Hopefully this will open the eyes of people everywhere that Plus size is Beauitful and Sexy. I mean just look at this spread... Ana looks fantastic.
Crystal Carmen A Woman of many talents We want to know more about you and how you got into makeup and was it difficult? It all started because my grandmother was the avon lady. When her customers would cancel an order I would rummage through the bags finding all the pretty bright colors I could find. I mixed eyeshadows in with lipsticks to change the shades and use lipstick on my cheeks because the payoff was better. At 16 my father dragged me into a beauty counter and bought me any entire makeup set so I could stay out my grandmothers Clinique and my mother bought me Kevin Aucoin Making Faces. A Makeup artist was born… after doing this as a hobby for years while I was trying to become a Plus Model.. I decide to tighten up my skill and start charging. All of the makeup I found was dull and overpriced for the payoff. I decide to change that. I wanted professional quality makeup with the girlish touch that makes every woman feel giddy. I couldn’t afford to pay to have my makeup produced in bulk..so I produced it myself. Studied and Studied and I finally had a safe, wearable mineral based , high pigment makeup: Pink Stiletto Cosmetics
Did anyone try to divert your dreams (you know dream crushers) if so how did you handle it? Yes. My friend thought I was crazy, my mother found it so strange that I would be making the makeup. Even my mother asked when I was going to get a “real” job. It was quite frustrating. No one took me seriously. I just told them, I know it’s weird but people want this.. they want makeup that’s bright and different. I stopped talking about it to them and just kept filling orders and mixing up makeup. In time they noticed my trips to post office were getting very frequent. The attitudes changed after a while.
What advice would you give to anyone who has a dream? Please, pursue it. It may sound like madness to other people but if it’s not madness to you then try it. I vowed to dedicate myself to my dream for a minimum of 1 year. Do the same. Say I will try this for 1 full year come lack of sales, come bills, come struggles I will continue. At the close of your timeframe analyze yourself i and see where you have come? If you are making progress than you are half way there. Do not give up… you can never real fail you can only find 1 million ways it’s NOT going to work . When did you know makeup was your passion? The moment I applied makeup on my bestfriend who suffered form severe acne scars. She had a very low self-esteem and already being a plus woman who felt bad about her weight it was insult to injury. When I was done.. you could hardly see any scarring and her eyes and smile were radiant. When she looked into the mirror she screamed and then she cried. I hugged her… and that feeling was like nothing else. I knew then this was my calling.
What do you like most about makeup? The ability to look different every-time. I use makeup as an accessory. If I am in my rock chic look, I can vap it up with smokey eyes and vamp lips…. when I am off to a business meeting I can tone it down and simply highlight my features. It can also make people who feel uncomfortable with certain facial discolorations or flaws avoid dangerous plastic surgery or peels. I love that part too! What do you love about yourself? I love my generous nature and my genuinely humble heart. I was called a celebrity a few times and each time I looked behind me to see who they were referring too. Invited as a special guest speaker to a celebrity studded event.. I purposely sat on the sidelines because I felt like I hadn’t earned my place in front.
Where are you from? What do you love about your hometown? I am from a small city in Pennsylvania called Bethlehem.. it’s known as the Christmas city. Small indie shops and a real cobblestone road it so rustic and beautiful. I love how rich is is in culture and history. There are art galleries every where, indie shops and music fairs..and we are home to what was Bethlehem Steel this is where all the steel for the United States Military ships were made. What are your hobbies? Photography.. I love to be on the the end of the camera as well and can find beauty in the most mundane of things. What advice do you have for someone who wants to start a Business? 8 Tips! 1. Make an outline of what you will need to start like sales tax licenses, permits, suppliers and labels etc.and check them off your list. 2. Order a large amount of business cards. I promise you will never have enough! 3. Set up a Google Voice another universal number so even if your number changes you can still keep the same one. 4. Research is very important. You must shop around for the best prices, shop other stores or services like yourself to see whats expected and whats reasonable in cost or price. 5. Network- You can not prosper if you do not get yourself in with people who are already in business, find ways to exchange services with each other or how you can benefit each other.
6.Show up! 90% of success is showing up where you are supposed to be. You can be ill prepared, disheveled whatever‌ but get there. 7.Keep your promises. You word is everything when you are your own boss. You can be late but always deliver. 8.The customer is always right! You may take a loss but you will secure future business! It cost more to gain a new customer than to keep the one you have.
We want know how do you feel bullying? where you ever bullied? What advice do you have for People out there who feel like they have no hope and just want an easy way out? what do you think we as a society can do to stop this epidemic? I can not stand bullying. It is terrible. I was bullied in Junior High School and I felt awful. The kids teased me for all kinds of reasons. I was too tall, too chubby, my clothes weren’t name brand and then finally because I was overdeveloped in the chest area. I had fruit cups dumped on my head, trays thrown out of my hands, teased, spit balls and even rocks once. Please tell someone do not hide it. You are not alone. Do something about it. If you are a child ask to be moved or at worst case transferred. If you are an adult try to remove yourself from the whole environment. Do not suffer in silence. Keep mentioning it until someone listens. Try to find it in your heart to stand up for yourself. I told a bully once.. why are you so mean‌ and they just kinda froze. We need to raise out children with respect for one another. I see too many children that are not taught proper manners, who are allowed to be brutal to others and are not reprimanded for their actions. My daughter was being bullied and I kept going into the office and telling her she doe not have to accept that behavior. The guidance counselor put an end to it. We need to be involved. Bullying can also occur as an adult too in home and work environments and it no more acceptable then.

~Mia Valour~ The Make-up Artist We want to know more about you and how you got into makeup? Well makeup kind of got into me, I was always fascinated by it as a child watching my moms and my grandmother get all glammed up for events. I remember quite vividly as a child sitting on the edge of the toilet or a corner of the bed watching them both put on their eyeshadows and liners, blushes and lipsticks and my eyes widening by the end transformation, so that experience always resonated with me throughout my childhood into adulthood. As far as how I professionally got into makeup I was always approached by strangers with the same question who does your makeup and hair and the shock of amazement on their face when I said I did it was instantly gratifying. At first I was shy about it but eventually with every compliment I became more confident in my craft and made sure everyday was event with my makeup.
In 2007 I was working at a dead end job that I hated because it was so routine to make ends meet and going to college for a degree in Business but I was completely unhappy with both and not to mention bored to death, some of the customers at my job we very eccentric so I would usually engage in friendly conversations and within one of those conversations something struck a cord within me, someone said “When you do what you love you will never have to work another day in your life that statement literally lit a fire under my ass and I enrolled in beauty school to my surprise the school only emphasize on hair styling so Im predominately self taught.
Did anyone try to divert your dreams (you know dream crushers) if so how did you handle it?
You know what to tell you the truth I literally surround myself with positive and good energy people with good productive vibes so I receive nothing but encouragement and well wishes and I believe that the people around me believe in my talents so passionately they actually help me in wanting to keep taking my craft to the next level... Im truly blessed to have them around What advice would you give to anyone who wants to get into makeup? My advice is to do it!! jump into it head first also be sure you actually have a passion for it thats the only way you will excel in this industry. There are alot of people who are makeup enthusiast but not necessarily makeup artist. Do your research and make sure you stand out, this industry is so over saturated with talented people make sure you find your lane and take it to the next level constantly
When did you know makeup was something you wanted to do? Even though my experience with makeup started at a very early age, my love and appreciation for the craft didn’t developed until high school but later refine in my early adulthood it just felt right and felt like where I needed to be
What do you love most about yourself? I love my overall energy and my outlook on life I don’t take myself too seriously nor do I let anything or anyone deter me, I don’t mind not fitting in I love cherishing my individuality I don’t focus on a problem I focus on solving the problem I also love my sense of humor I make myself laugh and others which is like my therapy also I love the fact that I am a true friend if I say I’m your friend I truly am and I cherish loyalty What are your hobbies?
Where are you from? What do you love about your hometown? I was born in Brooklyn N.Y and raised in The Bronx I called both of these places my home but its something about the love Brooklyn and Brooklynites gives to me and the overall aura Im in love with its so rich in culture and my peoples along with being a melting pot of other cultures who is your greatest inspiration? andwhy?
By far my Mother is my greatest I have so many from writing poetry which inspiration she is epicenter of my life I’ve been doing since I was 10 yrs old, sponot only did she give me life but she ken word, singing, songwriting and rapping showed me how to love and give lol... yes rapping been dabbling in it since from her examples I love that woman I was 14 yrs old so anything with the crelike no other not only because she is ation of music I love to do, I also like to do my mother but because she is just a hair, well really just mine lol but I also inbeautiful person inside and out she fuse those skills when I give someone a full is the true definition of unconditional makeover. I also love shopping and finding love. Another inspiration without a great deal I consider myself a true frugalis- a doubt is my best friend which is ta another hobby im just now really getting truly my sister in sprit she is a Breast into after being diagnose with Hypertension Cancer survivor and single mother is exercising and overall taking control of of 2 beautiful children she to me my health and making healthier decisions along with my mother embodied the we only have one life and one body so its meaning of strength even in the face imperative to take care of it to the fullest to of adversity, I may have seen both of be here for the ones who love you the most, them at their weakest moments but I but I think my favorite hobby by far is being NEVER, never seen them give up and around my friends and family entertaining that resonates and speak volumes and enjoying each other company creating to me with them both as examples new memories while having hearty laughs of perseverance, strength and couover old memories I really embrace and em- rageousness I tip my hat off to these bodied the saying Live. Laugh. Love. two women
Also here at BBW Beauties we have a heart for all the people who are getting bullied, suicide rates are on a all time high because of teens or adults getting bullied by others. We want know how do you feel bullying? I feel bullying is purely a psychological and insecurity problem deep within the bully themselves I believe those who bully are silently crying for any outlet for whatever inner issues they have that they feel the need to lash out or treat people accordingly, its truly a sickness and like with any sickness it needs to treated in order for it to go away Where you ever bullied? Luckily I was never bullied but not so many people now a days are as lucky as I was. What do you think we as a society can do to stop this epidemic? As stated earlier we must all be proactive and not condone this behavior in our own actions, I strongly believe this behavior is learned we need to talk to our children we need to KNOW our children be active in their life that an issue like this can not go under wraps until its too late thats unacceptable talking to our children just may save a life
What advice do you have for People out there who feel like they have no hope and just want an easy way out? I would tell them there really is no easy way out there is only the RIGHT way out which is confront your fears I feel bullies thrive on fear and if there is no fear there can be no bully, also talk to someone a bully relies on you to be afraid and suffer in silence so put it out there that you are being bully literally point them out if you have to in this life its the survival of the fittest and no one is destined the fittest you have to become the fittest don’t ever let anyone intimidate you the only reason why they choose to do that is that they are unsure and intimidated of themselves and they envy your certainty you hold the power because you control the bully emotions let that be known. Unfortunately in this day and age there are so many medias for bullying which should not be tolerated its imperative that adults and parents be proactive and monitor these medias and there child’s activities to avoid any of these instances
