This academic year, our theme is “Conflict Resolution.” Most view conflicts as bad. However, conflicts in life are inevitable. They can provide great opportunities
for
examining
events,
issues,
and
hidden
issues.
If
the
process of resolving conflicts transforms all involved, why not use them as opportunities for positivity, creativity, and growth. COVID-19 is one of the greatest threats to our world. It has made it abundantly clear that we need each other, and that positive collective action is indispensable. In that regard, you will be challenged to understand more about teamwork and

If you feel overworked, don’t be afraid to reach out to me, our leaders and/or your peers in the program. PEP is not meant to compete with your academic responsibilities. We wish to provide you with the skills and resources that will help you succeed as a student and in your future career. In short, we are committed to stand with you and work with you as teammates.
