This group is a multilevel , mixed age , and multi talented young woman group. They enroll in a group training session that is high intensity and it ends in a performance that is set to inspire the ladies and the audience . Burlesque, modern dance , jazz , ballet and of course tease is incorporated into the routine . This year's dance theme was 50 SHADES OF GREY - done in a ballet style. The girls embrace the training and came together to not only tantalize the audience but to exude power and grace . I was a guest of a personal friend whos daughter was part of the performance . We talked of personal growth and seeing things to the end . I was empowered as a woman in this audience . I was inspired by the ladies . To me there was 50 SHADES OF GRACE.
