This program introduces students to basic water safety and skills to help them feel comfortable in the water. Participants learn and practice simple arm and leg motions, efficient floating, gliding positions and breath control. Beginning level also focuses on changing directions and body position while swimming greater distances and longer periods of time. Front crawl and elementary backstroke are practiced and breaststroke is introduced. Six students per class.

Water Aerobics Classes Why Water Aerobics?
Build strength, balance and endurance with little impact on joints. Taught by top instructors, these classes are a fantastic alternative to land-based aerobics classes. All classes can be modified to fit any fitness level. No swimming experience necessary.

Improve endurance and confidence in this fun intermediate program. Participants will learn to swim the front crawl and elementary backstroke for greater distances, along with introductions to back crawl, breastroke, butterfly and basic wall turns. Six students per class.

Safety First! Drop Off Procedure for Children Please drop off children on the sidewalk side of the Club driveway so they don’t have to cross traffic lanes near the Club entrances. This enables safer kids & less delays.
Schedules The Athletic Services Desk has schedules and brochures for every program available in the Bellevue Club. Stop by and pick one up today. Signing Up The Athletic Services Desk staff is available to assist you with enrolling into athletic camps and adult sessions, scheduling personal training and Spa appointments, and answering questions you may have about services and programs. Guests All guests must be checked in and registered at the Athletic Desk. We ask that all guests fill out a registration form prior to entering and using our facility. Guest Daily Rates Adults $16 Juniors $8 (ages 12 and under) Weekly Family Pass Two or more in same family, available to non-residents only. First Adult $64 Second Adult $42 Junior $32 (ages 12 and under)
GUESTS Athletic and Social members are welcome to use The Spa. They may bring guests with them to The Spa. SPA RECOMMENDATIONS We recommend scheduling appointments a few days in advance to ensure availability of all services. A credit card or an on-file Club Credit Agreement is needed when scheduling. Spa clients may use a day locker and store belongings during their services. For comfort and safekeeping please leave jewelry and other valuables at home. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal items. Spa Etiquette To maintain The Spa’s atmosphere of relaxation, we ask that cellular phones be turned off during your service. Age Requirements Spa appointments are suitable for ages 18 and up. Some appointments available for teens if accompanied by a parent. GIFT CARDS The ideal gift for any occasion. Gift cards may be purchased in any dollar increment to use towards products or services of choice. Gift cards may be purchased at the Athletic Service Desk. To purchase a gift card over the phone, contact Membership Services at 688.3155. CANCELLATION POLICY The Spa at the Bellevue Club requests 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any service or package. The full price will be charged for any late cancellation or no-show appointments.
