Please complete the attached form and email or fax it back to us so that your staff member(s) can be registered on the course. On receiving the completed registration form, we will send you an invoice plus a copy of the Statement of Registration for each sponsored participant. Please allow three working days for us to process your application. If you do not hear from us within 3 working days, please contact us again by calling +60 (0)3 2723 7900 or email us at kualalumpur.pdu@britishcouncil.org.my Your registration will be confirmed when you receive the Statement of Registration. Sponsored participants will need to bring along a copy of the Statement of Registration when they arrive at the Maya Hotel for their course(s). DISCOUNTS The following multiple registration discounts apply: No registrations 6-10 11-20 21-80 81 and above

If you register more than two weeks before the workshop starts, we will also give you a 5% early bird discount. For 6 or more participants, this discount is added to the existing discount . For example, if you register 14 people more than two weeks in advance, the total discount will become: 10% + 5% = 15%. Discounts are still valid if you withdraw one or more participants after having paid for all of them in advance, providing that that discount band still applies; if participants have been registered and not yet paid for, you will no longer be entitled to any multiple registration discounts if you then withdraw one or more participants. Refunds are normally made by cheque and take up to 14 days to process. Course Materials The course fee includes a set of course materials in a PDU ring-binder folder, a certificate of completion (provided that a participant has completed each day of the course), and a PDU carry bag, pen and note paper. Materials will be given to participants on the first day of course by the trainer. Payment Payment is due 30 days from the date of the invoice. W aiting List / Cancellation of Course If courses are full by the time we receive your registration form, we will contact you to ask if you would like to be put on the waiting list. If a place becomes available, we will offer you an alternative course. We will contact you again to offer you the vacancy. The British Council reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances.
