DEADLINE FOR NOMINATIONS – Friday, March 30 at noon.

Please drop off forms at the BCITSA Main Office – Great Hall (SE2). Confirmation of candidacy will be provided by the CRO no later than Monday, April 2, 2012. Candidates who do not meet all requirements to stand for the election will be contacted by the CRO. The Election Committee will evaluate if the candidate is eligible to rectify some of their shortfalls. All candidates that are accepted must attend the All Candidates’ meeting on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 5:30pm – BCITSA Council Chambers. This meeting is a mandatory requirement of candidacy. Any candidate not in attendance will be disqualified without recourse. Any posters, literature and campaign materials must be provided to the CRO for approval by Thursday, April 5 to be stamped before any additional copies are made and distributed during the campaign period.
