Attach any other pertinent supporting statements or documents you feel will enhance your nomination. Attach extra pages to answer the questions on page 3.

The BCIT President’s Award To be eligible students must: >>be in full-time study at BCIT within the period June 1, 2011 and May 31, 2012; >>have completed the requirements for graduation between June 1, 2011 and May 31, 2012; >>have achieved a first class average; >>have demonstrated active participation in student activities that have brought recognition to the Institute; >>have demonstrated strong teamwork skills. The BCIT Board of Governors’ Award for Leadership To be eligible students must: >>be in full-time study at BCIT within the period June 1, 2011 and May 31, 2012; >>have completed the requirements for graduation between June 1, 2011 and May 31, 2012; >>have achieved at least a 70% GPA; >>have demonstrated outstanding leadership and service to the BCIT community or the community at large. The BCIT Lieutenant Governor’s Award for Trades To be eligible students must have: >>registered in a full-time BCIT Trades or Technical Studies certificate or diploma program up to but not exceeding twenty months in total length; >>registered in a full-time program within the period June 1, 2011 and May 31, 2012; >>completed the requirements for graduation between June 1, 2011 and May 31, 2012; >>maintained an excellent record of accomplishment in his/her program; >>contributed in a positive way to the life of the Institute or the community at large. The BCIT Lieutenant Governor’s Award for Technologies To be eligible students must have: >>registered in a full-time BCIT Technology certificate or diploma program up to but not exceeding twenty months in total length, >>registered in a full-time program within the period June 1, 2011 and May 31, 2012; >>completed the requirements for a BCIT diploma or certificate between June 1, 2011 and May 31, 2012; >>achieved an excellent academic record; >>contributed in a positive way to the life of the Institute or the community at large. The BCIT Graduating Achievement Award for Baccalaureate Degrees To be eligible students must have: >>registered in a BCIT Bachelor’s degree program within the period June 1, 2011 and May 31, 2012; >>completed the requirements for a BCIT Bachelor’s degree between June 1, 2011 and May 31, 2012; >>achieved an excellent academic record; >>contributed in a positive way to the life of the Institute or the community at large. The BCIT Advanced/Post Diploma Graduating Achievement Award To be eligible students must have: >>registered in an Advanced/Post Diploma program within the period June 1, 2011 and May 31, 2012; >>completed the requirements for an Advanced or Post Diploma between June 1, 2011 and May 31, 2012; >>achieved an excellent academic record; >>contributed in a positive way to the life of the Institute or the community at large.
