The Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship combines a degree in Business Management with the development of knowledge, skills and behaviours within leadership and management. The degree has a total of 11 modules including a dissertation and work based project that are all course work based. Final end point assessment (EPA) of the apprenticeship is awarded by the Chartered Institute of Management (CMI) and involves delivery of a presentation of the work based project, an interview and completion of a portfolio of evidence based on the knowledge, skills and behaviours within the apprenticeship standard. You will study a range of topics designed to expand your current performance skills and prepare you to work in theatre, community performance settings or in education. You will learn how to plan and facilitate workshops to a chosen demographic which includes relevant learning theory as well as practical skills and techniques.
You will create a performance project as an ensemble and tour this to a community setting and the course culminates in a final performance project where you have full creative control of the planning, devising and delivery which builds the skills necessary to be able to work in the industry as a Community Theatre Practitioner. You will be encouraged to work extensively with outside agencies, workplaces and community groups to manage and organise performances and workshops throughout the year.

The Artist Development pathway is designed for performers and instrumentalists to further develop and refine their performance and music creation skills.
The performance skills will be focused on instrumental performance, looking at the link between the instrument and the biomechanics of performance.
