Heralding the U.S. debut of a confident new name in the interior design market, Biasi Catani is opening the company’s first North American showroom at the Decoration & Design Building in New York City. Biasi Catani, the Brazilianheadquartered design company founded in 2006, introduces a collection of chic, contemporary furniture with an undeniably international sensibility – a fusion of Italian style and Brazilian flair. Design partners Marisa and Ecio Biasi, along with architects Drausio and Luciana Catani, present the Biasi Catani Collection – comprised of over 100 pieces – featuring beautiful and exotically grained Brazilian hardwood varieties that are brand new to the U.S. market. The well-crafted pieces have subtle, carefully burnished finishes, as well as bold, exquisitely lacquered surfaces.
