KOKAPET FACADE DESIGN Location - Kokapet, Hyderabad Building Type - Commercial Building Facade Area - 22,000 sq.ft. Scope - Elevation Design and Working Drawings Client Requirement - Branding centric design with Low maintenance Status -Under Construction

Design Development

1

Usually, branding is not considered while designing a building facade. So, branding was considered as the centre point for this commercial building’s facade design. MS frame creates pattern through shades and shadows in this South facing building design. Various steps of design development are as follows : Step 1 : Building Mass developed to understand Volume of the building Step 2 : As per client requirements, Stone clad branding space allocated Step 3 : MS frame structure divided the facade into modular squares Step 4 : Modular CNC frames put in place to create shade and pattern Step 5 : Front Porch designed in contrast to the facade to highlight entry 5
