Delivery Equipment • Gob guide tubes system to improve the gob speed and its loading to the moulds • Servo gob distributor with self centering positioning system for a more safety gob reject in emergency • New High-Speed scoop holder head in DG and TG • Scoops in aluminium with new profile and new surface hardening

Machine Structure • Centralized Lincoln lubrication system with maximum 5 lubrication lines on the machine for independent oil feed and timing • Solenoid valve block type “High-Flow” with 21 poppet valves of 5000 Nl/min or solenoid valve block type “HighSpeed” with 26 spool valves of 3000 Nl/min, both with long-life technology application on the parts in motion • Blank and blow mould Dual Axial Cooling BDF design with the possibility to use standard mould holders and standard mould assembly • Mould cooling timed valve type “total air flow passage” with 65% increase of air flow compared with the standard one • New Funnel-Baffle-Blow Head mechanisms series 300 with easy-change check-valve, new check-valve design type long-life, mechanism speed up to 21 cuts/minute, new materials and hardening treatments, independent cam lubrication, new cam and cam-roller long-life design, new adjustable out board support, easy conversion from standard to pantograph type • Totally new design of machine structure with integrated air manifolds and air centralization • Servo Invert and Servo Take-Out Mechanism with electronic cams and sinusoidal acceleration control, easy setup with computer or hand terminal, end-stroke position control in feed-back, currents visual control system to check the correct setup, benefits of defects reduction on container finish, productivity increase (constant setup), reduction of manual adjustments, elimination of hydraulic cushioning, very low energy consumption due the BDF energy recovery system
• The “BDF - A.P. Pusher” Servo Pusher Mechanism (Articulated Pentalateral design) controlled trough 2 coaxial torque-motors to get a very low inertia, very high rigidity, excellent reliability, excellent dynamics. Possibility to design a new cam and to simulate it with the two programs named “Cam Generator” and “Cam Simulator”. Different types of cam polynomial interpolation are available for the control of the motion profile and of the bottles positioning on the conveyor. Special design for high speed conveyors and unstable bottles • New conveyor design for high speed machine with axial air feed to the wind-boxes and independent air flow control per cavity, dead plate height adjustment, new conveyor belt tightener with plumbing screw to adjust the roller positioning • Blow-mould opening with double acting valve control to make the mould opening with two speeds • Proportional valves control system for the plunger mechanism and forming airs • Automatic Gob Weight Control System with complete plunger stroke control by linear transducer • Additional Safety Pack to improve the safety on your machine and have more than required by the European safety rules • Mould Opening-Closing Linkage with improved clamping force

MACHINES CONTROL SYSTEM “BDF - ADV8000” BDF-ADV8000 is an integrated and modular control system with distributed architecture via CANBus for the control of high adaptability glass container forming lines, with a new supervisor and a modern and friendly operator’s interface. • Local blank and blow control section panel with two-hands section start and electric overrides for the manual control of all mechanisms • Open to data exchange with factory supervisor systems to provide a “factory automation” • Open to be interfaced with “gob weight control system”, “proportional valves control system”, “staker control”, “automatic swabbing systems” • An integrated backup power unit and the control logic are designed to optimise energy consumptions and to control power faults
