Application on Existing Machines • Blank Parallel Mould Support can be installed on 5”1/2 – 6”1/4 existing machines fixing the support with only 4 screws instead of 6 and adding 3 lubrication injectors outside of the section frame (the oil will be feed to the support from outside instead of trough the upper plate). • Blow Parallel Mould Support can be installed on existing machine changing the lower and upper plate with the M.O.C. mechanism and modifying the section frame drilling.
I.S.-P Machine Mould Cooling • Advantage of equal cooling condition in the two cavities of the mould • Air feed to the wind-box with telescopic pipe and spheric joint • Dual axial cooling system is integrated with the parallel mould opening-closing mechanism • More than 50% of cooling air saving compared with the standard cooling • Possibility of 360° mould cooling • Possibility of mould cooling from the middle of the mould to the top and to the bottom • Use of standard mould assembly (all the existing mould equipment is still used) • On blow side it is possible to use the axial bottom plate mechanism instead of dual-axial
