Meetings The Ramada Encore Belfast City Centre has three purpose built meeting rooms located on the ground floor of the hotel. Our meeting rooms have been designed for comfort and convenience ensuring your meetings run as smoothly as possible. All meeting rooms offer natural daylight and air conditioning. Telephones are provided in all rooms whilst photocopying facilities, fax and modem points are available for use in our business services area in reception. Our meeting rooms can be hired on a day delegate, 24 hour or room hire basis. Tea, coffee, lunch and dinner are all available on-site and our chefs are happy to cater for any special dietary requirements. The three meeting rooms accommodate up to 140 delegates with 200 square metres of meeting space.

Directions Driving Directions From the North - M2 (L/Derry, Belfast International Airport): Depart the M2 at Junction 1B. Follow Duncrue Street to Whitla Street. Follow around to the right onto Garmoyle Street. Stay in the left lane and bear right onto Dock Street. Take a sharp left onto Nelson Street, follow onto the T junction. The hotel’s car park is directly across Dunbar Link.
From the South/West - Westlink (Dublin): Depart the Westlink at York Street. Turn right at Dock Street. Turn right at Nelson Street. Follow onto the T junction. The hotel’s car park is directly across Dunbar Link.
From the East (George Best Belfast City Airport): Exiting the airport, follow signs for Belfast city centre. Follow the A2. Exit left onto the Bridge End flyover (signposted for the city centre).
