Launch Event To mark the opening of the store an open launch event should take place. This should include: - Activation across every branded page on social media (including mailing lists) in order to promote and bring awareness to the event. - Instagram based advertising for the event (see example). Not only would this approach increase overall brand awareness, but would most likely encourage engagement with the main page also. In terms of the event itself, I imagine an after hours kind of party in which consumers are invited to look at the new collection and look around the story. Drinks and food are provided and the small space is transformed into an intimate setting. I strongly feel as thought this event should be of an open invite in order to encourage as much engagement as possible. There is also the possibility for collaboration through this event. For example, the artists previously highlighted could be in attendance creating custom artwork. Another route would be to partner with a pre-existing store within the Corn Exchange and have them sponsor the event. For example a collaboration between S.Joon and The Plant Point would work nicely due to the link back to nature and the environment.
