SPECIAL ELECTION NOTICE CENTRAL COVENTRY FIRE DISTRICT The Special Election of an open Board seat shall take place on May 9, 2022, as provided, and specified by the By-Laws, and Charter of the District. Any resident of the Central Coventry Fire District, (“District”), and qualified to vote in the town of Coventry, may be a candidate for the open Board seat provided that candidate:
• Providing quality legal representation to the Community Since 1998 • Reduced rates for Low Income and Seniors
a. Meets qualifications of office sought, as listed in the District By-Laws and District Charter. b. Submits to the District Clerk his or her intentions: i. Title of elective office sought. ii. A signed petition by twenty (20) residents of the District and who are qualified to vote in the town of Coventry. 1. This petition shall be left with the District Clerk by 4PM no later than sixty (60) days (03/10/2022) prior to the Special Meeting held on Monday, May 9, 2022.
