THERE WILL BE 11 NEW CREATIVE WORK SPACES RANGING FROM 370 -900 IN TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE. ALL PRIVATE STUDIOS WILL HAVE AMAZING NATURAL LIGHT.
THE NEW STUDIOS ARE LOCATED ON 10 STREET RIGHT BY THE 23 ELI STOP ON THE 7, E, M AND G TRAINS JUST ONE STOP FROM MANHATTAN. Ideal for artists, designers, architects, photographers, or any creative profession. The studios have amazing light with large skylights and windows and 12-foot ceilings. Radiator offers several amenities such a kitchenette, WI-FI and 24 hours access. All studios are private and has great natural light. Has the potential to share depending on how you work. The studios are walking distance to PS1.
