ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE AND FITNESS ARE WELCOME!

AGELESS ACTIVITY

Geared for the mature adult or those recovering from injury, this class focuses on gentle cardio, strength and mobility using a variety of equipment and movements. These various movements will help strengthen and tone the body, while increasing your range of motion!

B-FIT BOOTCAMP

Come on down for a rockin’ full-body workout that mixes resistance exercises and cardio moves to increase your endurance and leave you feeling energized! Suitable for all levels. Don’t forget to bring your water bottle!

BAND BURNOUT

Full body resistance band workout that will add a new twist to your everyday workout! It’s easy on your joints, but merciless on your muscles. Come see what “band burnout” is all about. Bring your own mat recommended!

BEGINNER BOOTCAMP

New to fitness, or recently getting back into routine? Then this is the class for you! You can challenge and move your body in a lot of ways to get your heart pumping and muscles toned!

BEGINNER VINYASA FLOW YOGA

Learn to move with breath in a slower paced class made for those new to yoga or those looking to refine their practice and focus on alignment. There are options and modifications provided to every posture. A great way to release stress, find your center, get strong and flexible!

BODYWEIGHT BOOTCAMP

Your Body is your best tool! You can lift, lower and move your body in a variety of ways to get your heart pumping and muscles toned. This class will have minimal to no equipment use, while you use bodyweight to improve cardio and strength!

BEGINNER VINYASA FLOW YOGA

Get it all in before you start your day: a full-body workout that includes cardio and strength with a focus on functional fitness. Suitable for all levels. Oh, and expect to sweat!

DEEP AQUA-FIT

Get your heart rate up and increase your strength with this challenging yet fun Aqua class. Aqua belts and various other pieces of equipment will help you challenge yourself in the deep water’s resistance!

EASY FLOW VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa yoga practice is a conscious flowing movement where each posture is linked with the breath. This class improves balance, flexibility, increasing stamina and endurance. Infused with the flow of the class will be some self-massage using massage balls and diagnostic posturing. This assists in relieving physical and emotional stress, encourages muscle relaxation, blood circulation, promotes deeper and better breathing, and delivers targeted muscle stimulation to stiff, tender and sore muscles!

GENTLER AQUA-FIT

These classes soften the basic aquatic skills and drills, but keep ALL the fun! Join us for a drop in class designed for anyone who needs to tone it down or is just starting out.

HATHA YOGA

This class links your breath with movement and meditation combining traditional hatha postures with fluid movement. Hatha yoga awakens the body’s muscles while building strength, flexibility and a deeper sense of awareness.

HIIT – HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING!

This a workout jam packed with intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods to keep your heartrate challenged. Boost your metabolism with this class!

IN-&-OUT SPINCYCLE

Get in, get to work and get out all in half an hour! Don’t be fooled by the duration, this spincycle class will get your heart pumping and legs burning!

MOBILE JOINTS

For those needing care with their fitness routine due to arthritis, rehabilitation, or balance difficulties, this seated class safely targets major joints with gentle strengthening and stretching exercises!

MORNING YOGA BOOTCAMP

Enjoy this change up yoga class which will not only test your flexibility but also your strength and cardio!

NEW TO SPINCYCLE

This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout. This class is tailored to new or inexperienced cyclers, and is perfect for people who are just starting out or looking to spin at their own pace!

PICK YOUR PACE BOOTCAMP

A mix of cardio and strength that is appropriate for everyone; you can pick your pace! Lots of options for high or low impact and plenty of modifications for anyone who needs it!

POWER & WEIGHTS

Looking for a quick 45-minute class to pump your muscles? Come challenge yourself at this strengthbased class focused around weight resistance and power training!

POWER CORE YOGA

Move from pose to pose focusing on your breath while strengthening, toning, and sculpting core muscles in this new, faster-paced yoga class!

RESTORATIVE AQUA-FIT

This class will develop balance and body alignment by focusing on corrective biomechanics. You will get the most out of your deep water aqua classes through burning more calories and reducing joint pain.

SHALLOW AQUA-FIT

Get your workout in the water! Take some strains and pains off those joints. Excellent class for everyone, including those recovering from injuries, prenatal participants and seniors.

SPIN & STRENGTH

Add a little something to your basic spin class! Challenge your upper body and core muscles in addition to working on your cardiovascular abilities!

SPINCYCLE

Rev up your cardio and overall conditioning with a fun group cycling class. You will be challenged with a variety of drills utilizing rolling hills, sprints, climbs and much more!

STEP

Classic step choreography with a twist! Variations will include challenging footwork, sticks, multibench, partner stepping, intervals or just good old chain choreography!

TGIF

This is a variety class! For participants of all levels, Every week will be something different in the Fitness Studio, It’s an Adventure!! For participants of all levels! Thank Goodness It’s Friday!

WORK IT OUT WEDNESDAY

Start you day off right with this fun and dynamic bootcamp class that will utilize all sorts of exercise equipment to give you an energizing boost for your day ahead!

YIN YOGA

Find relaxation and a deep stretch while exploring yin yoga. In this unique yoga practice, the whole body rests and opens with long held poses is used to

YIN YANG YOGA

A blend of two styles of yoga to promote strength and balance in the body. Yin Yoga is a passive practice with little active engagement of muscles. Yang Yoga is an active practice that warms the body, thus creating endurance while strengthening and rejuvenate and repair the area of focus.

YOGA FOR EVERYONE

Join us for taste of yoga where you will get to enjoy a variety of different classes! This class aims to provide a variety of sequences and intensities to keep us healthy and revitalized. The all levels class will explore some power flows, as well as help us work on our flexibility, mobility and core strength overall to prevent any injuries!.

CLASS INTENSITY LEVELS:

All of our classes are designed to offering different intensity levels to suit the fitness needs of our entire community! While classes are rated more or less intense, do note that our certified instructors skillfully offer modifications to our fitness classes to adapt to varying fitness levels and physical limitations.

RPE – Rate of Perceived Exertion is based on a scale of 1-10. Rate of perceived exertion is a measure of effort level. A rating of 1 is rest or extremely light exercise, 2-5 ratings reflect easy-moderate exercise, 6-7 is moderate to hard, and a rating of 8-10 is vigorous exercise.

LOW INTENSITY: RPE: 2-5- classes rated as low intensity typically use low impact movements. You are still comfortable performing exercises while challenging yourself, and you can carry a conversation during class. MODERATE INTENSITY: RPE 6-8 – classes rated as moderate intensity use variations of both high and low impact exercises, also can be dependent on the participant’s preferred modifications. Comfort zones are pushed while you are starting to get short of breath and only maintain brief conversation. HIGH INTENSITY: RPE 8-10 – classes rated as high intensity use variations of both high and low impact exercises reaching very difficult to maintain effort levels. This effort level will make you unable to maintain conversation, and leave you out of breath while pushing your limits!

BABY & ME BOOTCAMP

Bring your baby to class with you! In a gradual progression you will get stronger and feel more powerful in this bootcamp style class. Get a great workout in and have fun with other Moms too!

FUSION FITNESS

Class begins with a total body workout/ a focal muscle group varying from cardio, tabata, body weight exercises, to low impact resistance training, and a moderate core segment. This first half of the class will challenge you through your own strengths to encourage high calorie burning and increase your endurance. The second portion of the class is a well-rounded yoga practice combining breath with movement, to toning, to cooling down to a resting Savasana pose. You will leave feeling relaxed and energized!

PILATES & STRETCHING

Work your way to the weekend with the perfect class to realign your spine and release those sore spots! 30 minutes of Pilates strength and flexibility focus on achieving spinal mobility, then followed by 15 minutes of overall body stretching. All levels welcome!

PRENATAL YOGA

This prenatal yoga class is great for releasing aches and pains, strengthening and increasing flexibility! Helps to support body, heart and mind in pregnancy and prepare for childbirth. Each week we will be practicing postures, movement, breathing, relaxation and meditation. Take some time for yourself to connect with your growing baby and other “soon-to-be” new moms!

ZUMBA

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for you to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast. Equipment will be provided.
