Geared for those in the middle of their fitness journey or those recovering from injury. This class focuses on gentle cardio, strength and mobility using a variety of equipment and movements. These various movements will help strengthen and tone the body, while increasing your range of motion!

B-FIT BOOTCAMP

Come on down for a rockin’ full-body workout that mixes resistance exercises and cardio moves to increase your endurance and leave you feeling energized! Suitable for all levels. Don’t forget to bring your water bottle!

BAND BURNOUT

Full body resistance band workout that will add a new twist to your everyday workout! It’s easy on your joints, but merciless on your muscles. Come see what “band burnout” is all about!

BEGINNER BOOTCAMP

New to fitness, or recently getting back into routine? Then this is the class for you! You can challenge and move your body in a lot of ways to get your heart pumping and muscles toned!

BEGINNER VINYASA FLOW YOGA

BUTTS & GUTS

Fitness Looking for a jam packed 45-minute class to strengthen your core & glutes? A combination of lower body and abs exercises to tone, sculpt and strengthen your glutes and core. Come challenge yourself at this strength-based class.

DEEP AQUA-FIT

Get your heart rate up and increase your strength with this challenging yet fun Aqua class. Aqua belts and various other pieces of equipment will help you challenge yourself in the deep water’s resistance!

EASY FLOW VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa yoga practice is a conscious flowing movement where each posture is linked with the breath. This class improves balance, flexibility, increasing stamina and endurance. Assisting in relieving physical and emotional stress, encourages muscle relaxation, blood circulation, while delivering targeted muscle stimulation!

GENTLER AQUA-FIT

These classes soften the basic aquatic skills and drills, but keep all the fun! Join us for a drop in class designed for anyone who needs to tone it down or is just starting out.

HATHA YOGA

This class links your breath with movement and meditation combining traditional hatha postures with fluid movement. Hatha yoga awakens the body’s muscles while building strength, flexibility and a deeper sense of awareness.

HIIT – HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING!

NEW TO SPINCYCLE

This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout. This class is tailored to new or inexperienced cyclers, and is perfect for people who are just starting out or looking to spin at their own pace!

SHALLOW AQUA-FIT

Get your workout in the water! Take some strains and pains off those joints. Excellent class for everyone, including those recovering from injuries, prenatal participants and seniors.

SPIN & STRENGTH

Add a little something to your basic spin class! Challenge your body on/off the bike with core muscle exercises, in addition to working on your cardiovascular fitness!

SPINCYCLE

Rev up your cardio and overall conditioning with a fun group cycling class. You will be challenged with a variety of drills utilizing rolling hills, sprints, climbs and much more!

STEP

Classic step choreography with a twist! Variations will include challenging footwork, sticks, multibench, intervals and traditional chain choreography!

TGIF

This is a variety class! Every week will be something different, it’s an adventure for participants of all levels! Thank Goodness It’s Friday!

WORK IT OUT WEDNESDAY

Start you day off right with this fun and dynamic bootcamp class that will utilize all sorts of exercise equipment to give you an energizing boost for your day ahead!

YIN YOGA

Find relaxation and a deep stretch while exploring yin yoga. In this unique yoga practice, the whole body rests and opens with long held poses used to rejuvenate and repair the area of focus.

YIN YANG YOGA

A blend of two styles of yoga to promote strength and balance in the body. Yin Yoga is a passive practice with little active engagement of the muscles. Yang Yoga is an active practice that warms the body, thus creating endurance while strengthening and stretching muscles. Postures are held between 3-5 minutes. This allows the body to work deep into the connective tissues and ligaments, creating a calming effect in the nervous system!

YOGA FOR EVERYONE

Join us for taste of yoga where you will get to enjoy a variety of different classes! This class aims to provide a variety of sequences and intensities to keep us healthy and revitalized. The “all levels class” will explore some power flows, as well as help us work on our flexibility, mobility and core strength overall to prevent any injuries!

CLASS INTENSITY LEVELS:

All of our classes are designed to offer different intensity levels to suit the fitness needs of our entire community! While classes are rated more or less intense, do note that our certified instructors skillfully offer modifications to our fitness classes to adapt to varying fitness levels and physical limitations. RPE – Rate of Perceived Exertion is based on a scale of 1-10. Rate of perceived exertion is a measure of effort level. A rating of 1 is rest or extremely light exercise, 2-5 ratings reflect easy-moderate exercise, 6-7 is moderate to hard, and a rating of 8-10 is vigorous exercise.

LOW INTENSITY: RPE: 2-5- classes rated as low intensity typically use low impact movements. You are still comfortable performing exercises while challenging yourself, and you can carry a conversation during class. MODERATE INTENSITY: RPE 6-8 – classes rated as moderate intensity use variations of both high and low impact exercises, also can be dependent on the participant’s preferred modifications. Comfort zones are pushed while you are starting to get short of breath and only maintain brief conversation. HIGH INTENSITY: RPE 8-10 – classes rated as high intensity use variations of both high and low impact exercises reaching very difficult to maintain effort levels. This effort level will make you unable to maintain conversation, and leave you out of breath while pushing your limits!

BABY & ME BARRE

A low impact class designed specifically for postpartum women (must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and have exercise clearance from Health Care Provider) where we will focus on regaining core and pelvic floor connection while strengthening our entire bodies. A low impact class inspired by Dance, Yoga, and Pilates.
