Geared for those in the middle of their fitness journey or those recovering from injury. This class focuses on gentle cardio, strength and mobility using a variety of equipment and movements. These various movements will help strengthen and tone the body, while increasing your range of motion!
B-FIT BOOTCAMP
Come on down for a rockin’ full-body workout that mixes resistance exercises and cardio moves to increase your endurance and leave you feeling energized! Suitable for all levels. Don’t forget to bring your water bottle!
BAND BURNOUT
Full body resistance band workout that will add a new twist to your everyday workout! It’s easy on your joints, but merciless on your muscles. Come see encourages muscle relaxation, blood circulation, class designed for anyone who needs to tone it body’s muscles while building strength, flexibility and

BEGINNER BOOTCAMP
New to fitness, or recently getting back into routine? Then this is the class for you! You can challenge and move your body in a lot of ways to get your heart pumping and muscles toned!
BEGINNER VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Learn to move with breath in a slower paced class made for those new to yoga or those looking to refine their practice and focus on alignment. There are options and modifications provided to every posture. A great way to release stress, find your center, get strong and flexible!
BODYWEIGHT BOOTCAMP
Your Body is your best tool! You can lift, lower and move your body in a variety of ways to get your heart pumping and muscles toned. This class will have minimal to no equipment use, while you use bodyweight to improve cardio and strength!

Looking for a jam packed 45-minute class to strengthen your core & glutes? A combination of lower body and abs exercises to tone, sculpt and strengthen your glues and core. Come challenge yourself at this strength-based class.
DEEP AQUA-FIT
Get your heart rate up and increase your strength with this challenging yet fun Aqua class. Aqua belts and various other pieces of equipment will help you challenge yourself in the deep water’s resistance!
EASY FLOW VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa yoga practice is a conscious flowing movement where each posture is linked with the breath. This class improves balance, flexibility, increasing stamina and endurance. Infused with the flow of the class will be some self-massage using massage balls and diagnostic posturing. This assists in relieving physical and emotional stress, promotes deeper and better breathing, and delivers targeted muscle stimulation to stiff, tender and sore muscles!
GENTLER AQUA-FIT
These classes soften the basic aquatic skills and drills, but keep ALL the fun! Join us for a drop in down or is just starting out.
HATHA YOGA
This class links your breath with movement and meditation combining traditional hatha postures with fluid movement. Hatha yoga awakens the own body weight!

MORNING YOGA BOOTCAMP
Enjoy this change up yoga class which will not only test your flexibility but also your strength and cardio!
NEW TO SPINCYCLE
This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout. This class is tailored to new or inexperienced cyclers, and is perfect for people who are just starting out or looking to spin at their own pace!

A mix of cardio and strength that is appropriate for everyone; you can pick your pace! Lots of options for high or low impact and plenty of modifications for anyone who needs it!
POWER CORE YOGA
Move from pose to pose focusing on your breath while strengthening, toning, and sculpting core muscles in this new, faster-paced yoga class!
RESTORATIVE AQUA-FIT
This class will develop balance and body alignment by focusing on corrective biomechanics. You will get the most out of your deep water aqua classes through burning more calories and reducing joint pain.

YIN YOGA
Find relaxation and a deep stretch while exploring yin yoga. In this unique yoga practice, the whole body rests and opens with long held poses is used to
YIN YANG YOGA
A blend of two styles of yoga to promote strength and balance in the body. Yin Yoga is a passive practice with little active engagement of the warms the body, thus creating endurance while strengthening and stretching muscles. Postures are held between 3-5 minutes. This allows the body to work deep into the connective tissues and ligaments, creating a calming effect in the nervous system!

CLASS INTENSITY LEVELS:
All of our classes are designed to offer different intensity levels to suit the fitness needs of our entire community! While classes are rated more or less intense, do note that our certified instructors skillfully offer modifications to our fitness classes to adapt to varying fitness levels and physical limitations.
RPE – Rate of Perceived Exertion is based on a scale of 1-10. Rate of perceived exertion is a measure of effort level. A rating of 1 is rest or extremely light exercise, 2-5 ratings reflect easy-moderate exercise, 6-7 is moderate to hard, and a rating of 8-10 is vigorous exercise.
LOW INTENSITY: RPE: 2-5- classes rated as low intensity typically use low impact movements. You are still comfortable performing exercises while challenging yourself, and you can carry a conversation during class. MODERATE INTENSITY: RPE 6-8 – classes rated as moderate intensity use variations of both high and low impact exercises, also can be dependent on the participant’s preferred modifications. Comfort zones are pushed while you are starting to get short of breath and only maintain brief conversation. HIGH INTENSITY: RPE 8-10 – classes rated as high intensity use variations of both high and low impact exercises reaching very difficult to maintain effort levels. This effort level will make you unable to maintain conversation, and leave you out of breath while pushing your limits!
BABY & ME BARRE
A low impact class designed specifically for postpartum women (must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and have exercise clearance from Health Care Provider) where we will focus on regaining core and pelvic floor connection while strengthening our entire bodies. Inspired by Dance, Yoga, and Pilates, Barre classes focus on posture, targeting stabilizing muscles and high repetition of small, but precise movements. *Class is appropriate for non-mobile babies only*

FUSION FITNESS & YOGA
Class begins with a total body workout/a focal muscle group varying from cardio, tabata, body weight exercises, to low impact resistance training, and a moderate core segment. This first half of the class will challenge you through your own strengths to encourage high calorie burning and increase your endurance. The second portion of the class is a well-rounded yoga practice combining breath with movement, to toning, to cooling down to a resting Savasana pose. This longer class gives you the best of both worlds, you will leave feeling relaxed and energized!
