• In early 2017, Beaumont purchased 79 acres of land in the Annexation Area for $4,587,925 • The land was purchased in order to provide options for future development within Beaumont

Growing Together! • Retail Market Study done in partnership with Leduc Nisku Economic Development Association in 2014 • Identified that Beaumont could support 192,424 square feet of new gross leasable area by 2019 • Since 2014, already over 122,000 square feet approved or under construction 35
