FCSS PROGRAMS
Beaumont Family & Community Support Services (FCSS) is offering children an opportunity to learn, have fun and create new friendships.
HOME ALONE (10-12 YEARS OLD)
TALK CLUB: (8-10 YEARS OLD)
FCSS LET’S PLAY
Being home alone can be an uncomfortable and unsafe situation without some basic skills. Dealing with siblings, friends and strangers, internet safety, fire safety, safety in the kitchen and more are covered in this course empowering participants to feel safe and confident while home alone. Please bring a bag lunch and snacks.
This 8-week program is designed for kids ages 8-10 to safely share experiences and feelings regarding significant changes in their lives through play and activities. These changes can include, but are not limited to: divorce, separation, the death of a relative, a move to a new home or school, or a new baby.
Beaumont FCSS recognizes the value and importance of supporting Early Childhood Development (0 - 6 years) through play. Please join our experienced instructor at the School Age Site for this 4 week registered program (COVID-19 dependent and subject to change). For more information or to register, please contact Jayde at Beaumont FCSS at 780.929.1006. Check our Beaumont FCSS Facebook page for our monthly themes to be explored!

Chantal made sure to let young people know what they were doing right and how their contributions to our community made a difference. We want to keep that tradition alive in her honour and need your help. Tell us about your fantastic babysitter, reliable employee, dedicated volunteer, or otherwise awesome youth. Each year a Youth of the Year will also be chosen from the monthly award recipients.
