Full body resistance band workout that will add a new twist to your everyday workout. It's easy on your joints, but merciless on your muscles. Come see what band burnout is all about. Bring your own mat recommended!
For those needing care with their exercise positions due to arthritis, rehabilitation, or balance issues, this seated class safely targets major joints with gentle strengthening and stretching exercises!
This is a variety class! For participants of all levels, every week we will do something different! Combination of Bootcamp, Barre, Step, Spin, Yoga! Thank Goodness It's Friday! For all levels.
PICK YOUR PACE BOOTCAMP
TOTAL MUSCLE CONDITIONING
Get a bit of everything in these faster-paced classes using some weights and lots of your own body weight!
A mix of cardio and strength that is appropriate for everyone; you can pick your pace! Lots of options for high or low impact and plenty of modifications for anyone who needs it!
Make some muscle in this strength based class. An effective total body muscle conditioning workout utilizing a variety of equipment and options.
EASY FLOW VINYASA YOGA
SATTVA YOGA
Vinyasa yoga practice is a conscious flowing movement where each posture is linked with the breath. This class improves balance, flexibility, increasing stamina and endurance. Infused with the flow of the class will be some self-massage using massage balls and diagnostic posturing. This assists in relieving physical and emotional stress, encourages muscle relaxation, blood circulation, promotes deeper and better breathing, and delivers targeted muscle stimulation to stiff, tender and sore muscles.
This is a dynamic class to build balance, inner strength, and energy through a fluid posture flow. Breath work and meditation are incorporated into classes to strengthen the lungs and centre the mind. This is an invigorating practice to flush, cleanse, and heal body and mind. All levels of practitioners are welcome!
BOOTCAMP
GENTLE MIX IT UP Get into the groove with this class that is always changing, sometimes challenging the cardiovascular system and sometimes challenging the muscular system. Designed for older adults, but anyone is welcome!
HATHA FLOW YOGA Combining traditional hatha postures with fluid movement. Flowing through a variety of postures (asanas), while linking your breath with movement and meditation. Awakening the body’s muscles while building strength, flexibility and a deeper sense of awareness. This is a fun class that has modifications to suit all fitness levels!
HIIT – HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING!
SPINCYCLE Rev up your cardio and overall conditioning with a fun group cycling class. You will be challenged with a variety of drills utilizing rolling hills, sprints, climbs and much more!
SPIN & STRENGTH
VINYASA YOGA For all levels or movement with breath, move into and out of postures with your breath. There are options and modifications provided to every posture. A great way to release stress, find your center, get strong and flexible. Note: Not safe for pregnancy, please consult with the instructor if you are or think you might be pregnant.
WORK IT OUT WEDNESDAY Start you day off right with this fun and dynamic Bootcamp class that will utilize all sorts of exercise equipment to give you an energizing boost for your day ahead!
YIN YANG YOGA
Classic step choreography with a twist! Variations will include sticks, multi-bench, partner stepping, intervals or just good old chain choreography!
A blend of two styles of yoga to promote strength and balance in the body. Yang (Hatha) yoga is an active practice that warms the body, thus creating endurance while strengthening and stretching your muscles. Yin Yoga is a passive practice with little active engagement of the muscles. Postures are held between 3-5 minutes. This allows the body to work deep into the connective tissues and ligaments, creating a calming effect in the nervous system.

Get it all in before you start your day: a full body workout that includes cardio and strength with a focus on functional fitness. Oh, and expect to sweat!
Combining strength, power, flexibility and inner Zen, these yoga classes are perfect for students of all levels of experience!
Add a little something to your basic spin class. Challenge upper body and core muscles in addition to working on your cardiovascular abilities!
STEP
You give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise. Followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

PRENATAL YOGA
Bring your baby to class with you! These 11 weeks will gradually progress you to get stronger and feel more powerful in this Bootcamp style class. Get a great workout and have fun with other Moms too!
NIA barefoot cardio dance is more than a workout. NIA is a holistic fitness set to empowering music that feeds your body, focuses your mind, stirs your emotions, and uplifts your spirit. NIA fitness classes use diverse movement patterns with 52 basic moves that lubricate joints, strengthen and stretch muscles, while promoting stability, flexibility and agility.
This prenatal yoga class is great for releasing aches and pains, strengthening and increasing flexibility! Helps to support body, heart and mind in pregnancy and prepare for childbirth. Each week we will be practicing postures, movement, breathing, relaxation and meditation. Take some time for yourself to connect with your growing baby and other new moms!

FUSION FITNESS Class begins with a total body workout or focal muscle group. Varying from cardio, tabata, body weight exercises, to low impact resistance training, and a moderate core segment. This first half of the class will challenge you through your own strengths to encourage high calorie burning and increase your endurance. The second portion of the class is a well-rounded yoga practice combining breath with movement, to toning, to cooling down to a resting Savasana pose. YOGA WORKSHOPS – YOGA: A NEW LEVEL (ARM BALANCE)
Have you ever been in a yoga class and wondered “Am I doing this pose correctly?” and never had the time to find out. Whether new or old to yoga, come for 3 weeks of learning alignment principles or yoga postures with an individualized approach to your own body! Please bring a pen and notebook for note-taking while learning a bit about the history of yoga and yoga sutras. You will learn techniques for making every post comfortable for your body, while discovering breathing techniques and how they can be used most effectively!
Come for a one-night workshop to learn what Facia is and why it is so important in yoga practice. Learn techniques to release tension and to break up “stuck” or fixated Facia. You will have 90-minutes to learn how to effectively unwind and release tension in your body, and improve your yoga practice moving forward!
Do you have the basics of yoga down? Want to find the next level and where your practice can take you? Come and learn tips and tricks for adding some more intensity to your yoga practice. This workshop focuses on learning the basics of arm balance and inversion techniques.
