LAYOUT
An open plan layout lends itself nicely to the modern style. Ensure well calculated spacing between each zone to maintain an open and clutter-free feel
DECOR ACCENTS
Approach accessories and decor with a ‘less is more’ mindset. Go for large pieces of art over multiple small items

FURNITURE
A low-lying sofa that’s a similar height to your dining table will create a smooth line of sight, working to the open plan, light and spacious feeling
