Installation Warning

If hard wiring this mirror, it must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with AS/ NZS 3000 wiring rules. Switch off the power supply at the mains before installation and maintenance. A means of disconnection must be incorporated in the fixed wiring in accordance with the wiring rules. If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

Installation Instructions

Suitable for installation in areas other than Zone 1 from below. Rated IP44 for indoor use only. ATTENTION: The mirror must be installed 15cm from nearest object to the bottom right corner where the Infrared On/ Off sensor is located. Otherwise the sensor may not operate properly.

Refers to the area above the bath or the shower, up to a height of 2.25 metres. The minimum rating required here is IPX5.

Operation

Infrared On/ Off Sensor - bottom Moving your hand in proximity of the sensor turns the mirror light on and off. Defogger On/ Off Switch - top The defogger is switched on and off via switch mounted on the side of the mirror. It will illuminate RED when switched on.

Maintenance and Care Clean with a soft cloth. Microfibre cloths are ideal. Do not use abrasives or solvents as these will damage the mirror and void the warranty conditions.

Warranty 2 years replacement parts only from date of purchase at Beaumont Tiles. If a model is faulty in assembly or material and deemed unrepairable during the 2 year warranty period, a replacement model will be available for pick up from a nominated Beaumont Tiles outlet. The warranty does not cover any associated labour costs without prior agreement with Beaumont Tiles. The warranty is applicable when: The item has been correctly installed, maintained and used in accordance with instructions provided The failure is due to manufacturing fault Proof of purchase from Beaumont Tiles is provided The warranty does not cover faults caused by: Improper use Incorrect installation Installation in hard wiring situation by any other than a Licensed Electrician Normal wear and tear Poor care and maintenance Harsh cleansing materials For all warranty claims, please contact the Beaumont Tiles branch from where your original purchase was.
