Yaowarat is known as the gourmet kitchen and Chinatown in Bangkok. This area is full of street food and hawker stalls that are considered the city's charm. It creates significant income and economic opportunities for the people. On the other hand, the stalls are blamed as the reasons for traffic congestion, density and hygiene problems, and labor and socio-economic conflicts. Base on the conceptual framework "Inclusive city". The aim of this study is to propose solutions for negotiating beneficial conflicts between roadside trade economy and other development activities.
