Volume 3, Issue 4, 2014
Dear all, With Intersec already behind us and Paperworld and Playworld on our doorstep, 2014 is well and truly underway. And a good start to the year it has been.
Topics Upcoming shows Staff News Newbies
With the majority of us occupying new spaces around the office and yet more new staff on board, things have changed. The office move was a bit like trying to sell exhibition space - everyone wants to be in the front row (or in our case, at a window seat!). While it wasn’t possible to accommodate everyone’s wishes, we do hope that you can settle into your new space and give it your own mark. In the coming weeks we have our annual staff get together to look forward to where we will announce the winners of the 2013 employee awards, welcome our new colleagues and generally have a good time. Other things to look forward to in 2014 are more workshops and training courses, even bigger exhibitions than last year and a general feeling of well being and success around the office. We can’t emphasise enough the importance of inter-departmental communication in ensuring we are delivering the very best service to our clients. We have sponsored a young European team in the Sailing Arabia regatta which will take place this week. You can view the results of each leg of the race by following this link http://www.sailingarabiathetour.com/en/results/results_2014 or meet the team in person and join us for breakfast during their Dubai stopover at the Dubai Offshore Sailing Club at 9.30am on Monday 17th February. We are looking forward to the visit of Mr. Peter Feldmann, the Lord Mayor of the City of Frankfurt am Main to our offices in early March. He will visit Dubai to see the facilities of what is one of Messe Frankfurt’s largest international subsidiaries. As always, we have lots going on and we hope you enjoy your time at Messe Frankfurt in 2014. Despite our continued growth, our open door policy remains firmly in place and we look forward to continued relationships throughout the year. Warm wishes, The Management Team
