KIMPTON HOTEL GREENVILLE RESIDENCE OVERVIEW Text AUGUST 2022

Our development and design teams have been hard at work over the past several months putting the finishing touches on the building's exterior design and the final layout of the residences. We appreciate your interest and your patience during this initial phase and assure you things will begin to happen quickly as we move closer to groundbreaking this fall. We are thrilled with the final look of the building. Most of you have seen the rendering of the building in a daylight setting. We have included a new "twilight" rendering as a part of the digital brochure (see link below). In fact, several of Greenville’s top influencers have commented that the Kimpton would be one of Greenville's best looking buildings.

The development team has submitted the plans for the building and expects to have final, approved construction drawings by the end of September. Groundbreaking is now set for early November. With all the progress made on the design, permitting, and construction front, we are ready to kick off the active marketing and sales program for the residences. We currently have a solid group of patient reservation holders waiting while we finalize the details of the process. You will shortly notice an increased level of marketing for the residential offering. Additionally, we plan to open a Discovery Center on South Main Street in the early fall. We are excited to be representing this truly unique hotel/residential property in Greenville. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions.

The biggest news on the residential design front is that our architects have added an additional penthouse residence on the rooftop, bringing the total number of residential units to 26 and nearly 54,000 residential sq. feet. The following pages feature some of the new renderings and the current residential plan designs. You may recall that the hotel's design includes 134 rooms of varying sizes, several food, beverage, and event venues, and inviting public gathering spaces. We have been working with the folks at Kimpton and are very close to naming the hotel so stay tuned.
