With over 30 years of experience as caterers and event professionals, we delight in attending to the details of your event — whether it’s big or small. Our flexible, seasonally inspired catering menus are just the start. Have a big event on the horizon? Your Bon Appétit chef will collaborate with you to create a custom menu that fits the style of your event and the tastes of your guests. As is the case with all of the food we cook at Colorado Christian University, our catered meals are always made from scratch with ingredients inspired by the season, many of which are sourced locally. But, our commitment to you doesn’t stop with the food. Our events team offers creative planning services to help you make your vision come to life. On the day of your event, they’ll be right there with you to ensure that everything from decor and setup to service and event flow are thoughtfully and professionally executed.

BELLS & WHISTLES Event staff Event appropriate service, set up and room cleanup are included in our menu prices. Bon Appetit catering staff will be provided during the first 2 hours of service. If additional staff time is needed, a fee of $27.50 per hour per catering staff will be charged. We recommended one catering staff for every 50 guests. A smiling server or bartender adds an elevated level of service to your event.
Equipment Rentals
A perfectly styled event sometimes requires additional equipment rentals. Please give us at least 7-business days advance notice to meet our vendor ordering and delivery timelines. Equipment is subject to availability. As a host of the catered event, you are responsible for the equipment we provided for the service of the catered event. The costs to replace any missing or damaged catering equipment or supplies will be charged to your account.
China Unless otherwise specified, disposable bioware is included in our catered event pricing. Formal service ware (china, silverware and glassware) is available for most catered events. A charge of $3.50 per person will be applied to events where such wares are requested. An additional $3.50 per person will be charged for receptions prior to lunches or dinners.
Linen Standard color linens for guests dining tables and food and beverage tables will be provided at no charge for all full service meals. Linens for additional tables needed for your event not directly used for food or seating will be $10.00 per 85x85 table cloth. Additional colors and styles available for an additional rental fee.
Floral Arrangements A pop of color goes a long way — consider adding floral arrangements and centerpieces to your event. We’ll work with our local florist to design beautiful florals and just need 7business day advance notice to meet vendor ordering and delivery timelines.

THE FINE PRINT Order Confirmation After your order is placed, you will receive a Banquet Event Order form from the Bon Appétit Catering Department to be confirmed. Catering orders are not booked or confirmed until you are contacted by Bon Appétit with a confirmation.
Ordering Deadlines To ensure availability of service and menu items please place your orders at least 72 hours in advance. For last-minute catering requests please contact the catering department, and we will do our best to accommodate you. A last minute order fee of $50.00 will be added to all orders placed within 48 hours of the event. A confirmation and guarantee of guest count, event times, location, room set-up and menu choices must be completed at least three (3) business days prior to your event. Charges may be incurred if cancellations or changes are made after this time frame. If Bon Appétit Catering is not contacted with final count details within 3 business days will prepare for the original estimated number and charge accordingly
Delivery Fee Delivery is complimentary for all onsite orders of $75.00 or more. For orders not meeting this amount, clients may request onsite delivery for a $15.00 service fee, or in some instances, pick up catered goods at our kitchen for no additional charge.
Cancellation Fee Customers are responsible for paying 50 percent of the total invoice plus $100 in labor for any orders canceled within 3 business days of the event. Event cancellations occurring within 24 hours of the event will result in the client being charged 100% of total contracted order price (including and charges for rented equipment, linens, floral arrangements). In the event CCU is closed due to inclement weather, all catering events will be automatically cancelled and no financial charges will be incurred. This does not apply to events cancelled by the customer when the university remains open.
Payment Options We accept credit cards or department codes. Payment information must be submitted to confirm your order.
THE FINE PRINT For Non-University Affiliated & Off-Site Catering If you are interested in Bon Appétit Management Company as a caterer for an off-site and/or non-university sponsored event, please contact our Catering Department.
Minimum Orders Off-site delivery is possible for orders of $300 or more. Orders not meeting this amount may be available for client pickup at no charge.
Service Fees Third party catered events are subject to a 18% service fee
Delivery Fees Off-site deliveries will be assessed a delivery fee based on distance and order size. $1.50 per mile added on location outside of Lakewood Colorado.
