WHAT ARE YOU ENVISIONING? Our flexible, seasonally inspired catering menus are just the start. Your Bon Appétit catering team will collaborate with you to create a menu that fits the style of your event and the tastes of your guests. As is the case with all of the food we cook at Expedia Group, our catered meals are always made from scratch with ingredients inspired by the season, many of which are sourced locally. But, our commitment to you doesn’t stop with the food. The events team offers creative planning services to help you make your vision come to life. On the day of your event, they’ll be right there with you to ensure that everything from decor and setup to service and event flow are thoughtfully and professionally executed. Here are some of the updates that we have made to our program: • Minimized food handing and contact of ready to eat food • Enhanced Quality Assurance program with emphasis on receiving, storage, processing and production procedures. • Individually packaged foods to improve food safety and limit exposure. • Convenient new service and delivery options with quick drop delivery or in-room catering setups. • Self-service buffets have been suspended until further notice, buffets may be served by a Bon Appétit staff member. • All orders require a valid credit card on file before order is processed and completed. BELLS & WHISTLES EVENT STAFF Until further guidance from CDC and government safety officials, all buffets must be served by a Bon Appetit staff member and will include a $25 labor fee for the event. For all bar service and happy hour events, a licensed Bon Appetit bartender is required for $25 per hour per server with a 3 hour minimum. Unless requested by the guest/client, the number of staff required for an event is at the discretion of the catering department. EQUIPMENT RENTALS A perfectly styled event sometimes requires additional equipment rentals. Please give us at least 5 business days advance notice to meet our vendor ordering and delivery timelines. Equipment is subject to availability. Rental china, flatware, glassware, linens and other “special touches” are available at an additional cost. BAR SERVICE Beer, wine, and cocktail service bars are available for an Expedia event. All bar events will be given an estimate with final total based on consumption. Bar services in a catered event must be performed by a Bon Appétit Bartender (Volunteer bartenders and self serve are not permitted at catered events) Please allow one-hour set-up and breakdown time. If a guest chooses to provide their own alcoholic beverages but utilize a Bon Appétit bartender, a corkage fee will apply: • Beer $2.00 per bottle/can • Wine $15.00 per bottle • Liquor $4.00 per drink, includes mixers FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS A pop of color goes a long way — consider adding floral arrangements and centerpieces to your event. We’ll work with our local florist to design beautiful florals and just need a 5-business day advance notice to meet vendor ordering and delivery timelines. HOW ELSE CAN WE MAKE YOUR EVENT AMAZING? We’ll work together to create a wonderful experience for your guests. Customized food tastings are also available at an additional cost. Please contact the Catering Department to begin the planning process.


THE FINE PRINT QUICK DROP DELIVERY CATERING Want to have your order delivered to you without the need for tables, linens and other equipment? Place your order online and enter a delivery or meeting room location and our catering team will deliver to you. 10% service charge applies and includes delivery fee, compostable utensils, napkins, condiments and individual packaging for food safety and sanitation. Please note that drop off delivery service does not include pickup or cleanup service. FULL SERVICE CATERING All Full Service Catering orders include a 20% service charge. Service includes tables, linens, setup and cleanup of your catering order and supplies. Please allow 30 minutes before and after your event to allow for proper setup and breakdown. Included with all orders are compostable plates, utensils, cups, napkins, bowls, service ware and buffet linens. ORDERING DEADLINES To ensure availability of service and menu items, please place your orders at least 48 hours in advance. For last-minute catering requests, please contact the catering department and we will do our best to accommodate you. A last minute order fee of $25 will be added to all orders placed within 24 hours of the meeting or event. Please note that menus are subject to change based upon seasonality and availability. ORDER GUARANTEE The number of guests attending and/or food and beverage quantities must be confirmed with the Catering Department 48 hours OR two business days prior to the function. This number will be considered a guarantee and not subject to reduction. Charges will be assessed accordingly. If no guarantee is received, the original number of expected guests and or food/beverage quantities will be used as the guaranteed number. LOCATION CHANGE If for any reason your meeting location changes during an event, a $50 fee will be incurred for pick-up, transport and re-set in a new location. CANCELLATION FEE Customers are responsible for paying 50 percent of the total invoice plus $100 in labor for any orders canceled within two business days of the event. PAYMENT All orders require a valid credit card on file before order is processed and completed. We accept credit cards for payment and can be added and stored to an online wallet in your Catertrax account. Payment information must be submitted to confirm your order. At this time, Department billing has been cancelled until further notice. Menu pricing does not include sales tax. All orders will be subject to Washington State Sales Tax. Prices are subject to change based on seasonality of items.
