JUNE 2021
We had a busy month expanding our market share with the F&L brand. We executed nearly a dozen offsite caterings to companies, such as, ROBLOX and Snowflake. ZOOX has began their onsite program after a year of Foundry & Lux providing over 200 daily lunches.
NEWS • We hosted our first event at Chandlery, on 6/22 for Sierra Point tenant, Bristol Meyer Squibb. 50 people attended and everyone raved about the food and restaurant. People are buzzing about our opening and we have received several inquiries about hosting future events at Chandlery. • Back at Foundry & Lux, hours for the Lounge have been extended to 7pm due to popular demand.

We have been using DoorDash to expand our F&L brand recognition to the surrounding area as well as increasing sales and revenue during the slower months. DD helps us track metrics with what is popular and markets to demographics beyond our reach. Larger group orders have been rising steadily this period.
Sales: Total sales for the period totaled ~$145.9K with a weekly average of $36.2K. Labor: Labor in June was monitored carefully, and we incorporated minimal staffing needed to execute services. Catering and events have ramped up which is keeping everyone busy! Other Expenses: Other expenses and outside services continue to be cut and suspended wherever possible. Total Losses: Overall losses were ~$1149 for the 4-week period bringing us the closest the we’ve been to breaking even since the pandemic! Tenants are eager to host more events at Foundry. We’ve seen a steady growth for both offsite catering and onsite tenant events. We are using Chandlery as an additional outlet to drive revenue.
