reopening • The walk-up window has been moved indoors and we have restricted access beyond the café. Several safety measures have been put into place to keep guests and staff safe, such as sanitizer at every table and plexiglass dividers. We also have ample signage to help inform guests. • Togo orders are still very popular, however, participation is steadily increasing to people ordering grab and go and eating onsite.

DOORDASH RESULTS -
DoorDash sales were strong this month, with a small increase in both total sales and average order size.
-
As more people return to work we are continuing to see a trend towards orders with larger averages.
Financial RECAP Sales: Total sales for the period totaled $119k with a weekly average of $29.7k. Labor: Labor in May has been monitored carefully and have incorporated minimal staffing needed to execute service in the back of house. Catering and events have really ramped up which is keeping everyone busy! We received a credit of $3,479, from CARES ETRC Medical, which hit in week 4. Other Expenses: Other expenses and outside services have continue to be cut and suspended wherever possible. Total Losses: Overall losses were ~$24.2K for the 4-week period. Tenants are eager to host more events at Foundry. We’ve seen a steady growth for both offsite catering and onsite tenant events.
