DoorDash is still trending well. We saw a small increase in sales in October. Our metrics continue to be well received with no order errors, consistent 5star customer ratings, no avoidable cancellations, and reduced wait time.

REVIEWS ARE IN!

Sales: Sales for the period totaled ~320K$ with a weekly average of $80k per 4 week period. P1 was a great period, and the campus population is now ~53%. We are doing more than four offsite events weekly, contributing to more than ~$30k to our weekly revenue stream. This period was the highest revenue we have had since COVID! Labor: Labor has been trending higher than forecasted due to the increased demand for offsite catering events. We are actively recruiting for catering attendants. Our existing staff are working additional hours to accommodate this new business opportunity. We expect labor to increase as we continue to expand our business in the coming months. Other Expenses: Other expenses and outside services were high due to the farmer’s market and tenant event but averaged out to ~19% against budgeted 18%. It is typical to see the expenses increase in tandem with sales. Total Profit: Overall losses were ~$0 for the 4-week period! The total profit was ~46k! This period is the first period since COVID, where we have been in the black. We have now been in the black for six consecutive weeks.
