Bon Appétit Catering at Levi Strauss At Bon Appétit, we blend a tradition of fine service with creative planning and consistent meeting and event execution to bring satisfaction to the catering community every time. We specialize in creating made-from-scratch menus featuring our regional, seasonal, and artisanproduced products. Our goal is to work with you to develop menus and offer an experience perfectly tailored to your needs. While perusing the seasonal menus, you are encouraged to select from any or our exceptional menu items to create your own custom menu.

after hour services and pick-ups

Our standard hours of delivery are 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding some holidays). All normal catering deliveries should take place during this time. Later deliveries can be arranged in advance for an additional service charge. If you would prefer an earlier delivery to avoid an after-hours charge, arrangements can be made in advance. We appreciate being able to pick up all deliveries the same day of the event. However any event concluding after 3pm will have to be picked up by our catering staff the next business morning.

room set-ups

In order for us to deliver services to all of our guests in a timely manner, please make advance arrangements to ensure the proper tables or counter space is available in the conference room prior to our arrival.

delivery fee

A $25 delivery charge will be added to all orders not reaching a $150 minimum.

last minute orders and cancellations

Same day cancelled orders and events will be charged up to a 50% cancellation fee. Last minute orders will be accommodated only at Bon Appétit’s discretion. Last minute in most occurrences is defined as same day or any time after 2pm the business day prior.

event staff

To hire staff to bartend or service your event is $32 per hour per server with a 5-hour minimum.

rentals

We are happy to provide special rentals to complete your event. 48-hour advance notice is required to meet vendor ordering and delivery timelines.

flowers

We can provide special floral arrangements and centerpieces for your event. A 48-hour advance notice is required to meet vendor ordering and delivery timelines.

bagel platter

assorted miniature bagels served with regular and low-fat cream cheese $7.50 per person
