CATERING POLICIES
PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WHEN PLACING AN ORDER:

• Room (rooms need to be reserved by the requestor half an hour before and half an hour after the time for setup and break down)

The catering team will respond to all requests within 24 hours of the business day.
MENUS
Catering menus are available on the Bon Appétit website, and catered events are usually supported by Bon Appétit kitchen staff.
Bon Appétit offers breakfast, lunch, and happy hour. Custom menus can be accommodated at an additional fee (please let us know).
CATERING LOCATIONS
Due to size and headcount at each location, some spaces may not be able to accommodate the Bon Appétit catering menu, however, we do have third party vendors. Please reach out to us for more information.
REQUESTS
In order to best provide your catering needs, please place catering requests as soon as possible.
CONFIRMATION
All caterings and headcount need to be confirmed one week prior to the event.
CATERING POLICIES
BANQUET EVENT ORDER
When you have finalized your menu choices, the catering team will send you a BEO with food, time, date, and room information. When the requestor approves the BEO, your catering will be confirmed by the catering team. Please note any changes made before 72 hours of your event are subject to kitchen availability.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made 48 hours (excluding weekends) or less in advance will be charged the total cost of the catering.
STAFFING
All catering will be dropped off for self-service.
CATERING HOURS
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (excluding holidays)
CATERING PARTNER
Our catering partner may work with third-party vendors for any requests outside regular business hours, at an offsite venue, or if we are fully booked for your requested date and time.
HOST DUTIES
The requestor is responsible for the event. If the requestor cannot make the event, kindly designate someone from your team or another employee to be there in your place.
MINIMUMS
10-person minimums are required for all Bon Appétit events.
CAFÉ RESERVATIONS
Café reservations can be accommodated for groups of 20 or more. The food team will place a sign on the table designating your area. All reservations must be made during offpeak hours. (11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.)
CHARGEBACK
A maximum of two cost centers is allowed per event.
