The Bon Appétit at Regis University catering team is committed to presenting creative and customized menus that appeal to both the palate and the eye and serve a wide variety of tastes and event needs in the Cavalier community. To our team, every event and catering order, no matter what its size, is important. Whether it’s a boxed lunch for a team meeting, a summer conference event for 1,000, or a multi-course dinner, it’s our passion to be Regis’ creative partner, take care of every detail, communicate clearly through each step of the planning process, and ensure guests at every event feel comfortable, cared for, and exquisitely fed. As we begin our new partnership, Bon Appétit Catering will provide catering menus with options that meet the needs of a variety of event types, ranging from casual meetings to buffets to large celebrations. We understand that students, faculty, and staff desire a catering menu with clearly delineated tiers of menus, services, and prices points, and we are happy to oblige. Bon Appétit’s catering menu takes an experience driven approach that is divided into three tiers based on event type and audience: GO, streamlined grab-and-go catering; Collaborate, catering for meetings; Celebrate, which offers options for both casual and formal evening events as well as high-touch customizable options for executive-level meetings, dinners and events. Online ordering is available through CaterTrax. Event organizers may also work with a representative from the catering team directly via email or phone to create inclusive and meaningful experiences for their guests when customized menus are needed. A high-touch, relationship-focused approach is key to the success of our catering efforts. Developing trust with our clients, knowing their nuances, and delivering on our commitments is an integral part of those efforts. Communication and caring on the part of our staff gains our customers’ respect, loyalty and business. Within our catering brochure are the most popular menus to help make menu planning easy. But that’s just the beginning. It’s our mission to make every event magically inclusive. That means offering exceptional food at a fair price that’s served by people who truly care. Then it’s about paying attention to details and going the extra mile. In addition to the regular offerings on our catering menu, our Executive Chef will create quarterly seasonal menus that are inspired by the season and feature locally sourced ingredients specific to each site's region, as a continued effort to support our Farm to Fork initiatives. With the different tiered menus, we will be able to customize even more events and help Regis find the event experience they are looking for within their budget.

Informal gatherings/drop-off and pickup service Our GO! menu is designed for pick-up or drop-off delivery without set up or clean up. Choose from a selection of chef crafted breakfast and lunch items that will be freshly prepared for pick-up from our kitchen or drop-off at your desired location. All items will be packaged in easyto-transport compostable delivery boxes and will include compostable plates, utensils and napkins.

Event appropriate service, set up and room cleanup are included in our menu prices. Bon Appétit catering staff will be provided during the first 2 hours of service. If additional staff time is needed, a fee of $27.50 per hour per catering staff will be charged. We recommended one catering staff for every 50 guests. A smiling server or bartender adds an elevated level of service to your event.

EQUIPMENT RENTALS A perfectly styled event sometimes requires additional equipment rentals. Please give us at least 7-business days advance notice to meet our vendor ordering and delivery timelines. Equipment is subject to availability. As a host of the catered event, you are responsible for the equipment we provided for the service of the catered event. The costs to replace any missing or damaged catering equipment or supplies will be charged to your account.

CHINA Unless otherwise specified, disposable bioware is included in our catered event pricing. Formal service ware (china, silverware and glassware) is available for most catered events. A charge of $3.50 per person will be applied to events where such wares are requested. An additional $3.50 per person will be charged for receptions prior to lunches or dinners.

LINEN Standard color linens for guests dining tables and food and beverage tables will be provided at no charge for all fullservice meals. Linens for additional tables needed for your event not directly used for food or seating will be $10.00 per 85x85 tablecloth. Additional colors and styles available for an additional rental fee.

FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS A pop of color goes a long way — consider adding floral arrangements and centerpieces to your event. We’ll work with our local florist to design beautiful florals and just need 7-business day advance notice to meet vendor ordering and delivery timelines.

ORDER CONFIRMATION After your order is placed, you will receive a Banquet Event Order form from the Bon Appétit Catering Department to be confirmed. Catering orders are not booked or confirmed until you are contacted by Bon Appétit with a confirmation.

ORDERING DEADLINES To ensure availability of service and menu items please place your orders at least 72 hours in advance. For last-minute catering requests please contact the catering department, and we will do our best to accommodate you. A last-minute order fee of $50.00 will be added to all orders placed within 48 hours of the event. A confirmation and guarantee of guest count, event times, location, room set-up and menu choices must be completed at least three (3) business days prior to your event. Charges may be incurred if cancellations or changes are made after this time frame. If Bon Appétit Catering is not contacted with final count details within 3 business days will prepare for the original estimated number and charge accordingly

DELIVERY FEE Delivery is complimentary for all onsite orders of $75.00 or more. For orders not meeting this amount, clients may request onsite delivery for a $15.00 service fee, or in some instances, pick up catered goods at our kitchen for no additional charge.

GUARANTEES/CANCELLATION In arranging for catering event, attendance/cancellations must be specified by noon 3 business days in advance of the event. This number will be your guarantee. Actual attendance at your event will be compared to the guaranteed count and final billing will be based in the greater of the two numbers. Event cancellations with less than the specified notice will result in the client being charged 50% of total contracted order price. Event cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Event cancellations occurring within 24 hours of the event will result in the client being charged 100% of the total contracted order price (including any charges for rented equipment, linens, floral arrangements, etc.) In the event Regis University is closed due to inclement weather, all catering events will be automatically cancelled and no financial charges will be incurred.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept credit cards or department codes. Payment information must be submitted to confirm your order. For Non-University Affiliated & Off-Site Catering If you are interested in Bon Appétit Management Company as a caterer for an off-site and/or non-university sponsored event, please contact our Catering Department.

MINIMUM ORDERS Off-site delivery is possible for orders of $300 or more. Orders not meeting this amount may be available for client pickup at no charge.

SERVICE FEES Third party catered events are subject to a 18% service fee


DELIVERY FEES For events at off-campus locations, we must add reasonable delivery charges to cover our incremental costs. Delivery charges are specifically designed to allow for transportation of food, service equipment, china, flatware, all needed linens, and decorative pieces. Delivery charge for an off-site event is $100.00
